Staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast exceptionally good There was a stale air smell to the room. Very basic and need of upgrading but clean and spacious. Directions to the hotel were not as good as they could have been. |

It was very quiet, and breakfast was cheap, but reasonable This really is more of a cheap and cheerful, youth hostel type hotel.. Small rooms with no carpet, no lock on bathroom door and in need of some tlc. |

During our stay we enjoyed leaving the hotel, as it was very cramped and dark. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Very applicable: Rust on the door, size of room, size of bathroom, lack of light, dampness in corner, lino flooring up the bed, the beds, hotel. |

L'accueil est parfait, les gérants et le personnel sont aimables, serviables, efficaces ce qui en fait un endroit chaleureux, on en oublie sa localisation (zone d'activité). Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct et on peut utiliser un micro-ondes à la reception pour réchauffer des plats, utile car il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits tout proche où manger. Il faut absolument avoir une voiture. L'hotel est situé dans une zone d'activité et le seul commerce proche (5 min à pied) est une boulangerie. |

La propreté, le service, le personnel present lors d'un besoin particulier à l'ecoute. Un bon rapport qualité prix.bref si je reviens à nantes pour un autre seminaire je reviendrai dans cet hotel, et pourquoi pas en famille. L'acceptation du payement par carte bleue virtuelle, utilisée lors de la reservation, ne plus etre obligé de payer a nouveau par carte bleue normale.car lors d'un payement ou d'une reservation par carte bleue virtuelle la banque me prends des frais et arrivé à l'hotel la receptioniste ne veux pas de se mode de règlement où elle est assurée pourtant d'etre payée comme par carte bleue classique.voir ce point de detail |
