Breakfast was quite good, pleasant service in the restaurant. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and even rude.While booking the room I had asked to put a baby cot in our room but when we arrived there, it wasn't in the room. I asked the receptionist for the cot, he handed it to me and said he will not come to put it up itself. After some 5 minutes trying in vain to figure out how the foldable baby cot works, I called the receptionist, and the answer was - I cant help you because the person who would do it has already left (!??). Only after I told him that I had requested the cot in my booking order he came up and put the cot up in 2 seconds. Very unpleasant experience. The room was very small. |

quiet location although easy access to main city of Colmar. Food was good. they could serve some fresh fruit with the breakfast. There are no facilities for ironing/pressing and they dont have an iron to give out to guests to use. The extractor fan in our bathroom did not work - the was a strong 'drain' smell when we came into the room as the end of the day. Had to open the windows, which open up onto the main driveway, to get air through the room. Double bed a little small. |

Reasonable location, easy to access but by car but not recommended without. Very good value for money, breakfast good, room acceptable size clean and quite. Dinner available and good quality with prices consistent with local area Parking can be a challenge if hotel is full, but on street partking is available.Rooms are simple but functional though comments about a lack of shower curtain are correct. Neither of these issues were of major concern. |

The room was OK for its price. The hotel is easy to find if driving. There is a free parking (rather small), it is also possible to park a car for free in the street. Travelers with kids in pushchairs shoul be ready to get over several steps. Internet did not work in the room but worked in the lobby. |

Make sure you do not arrive between 2 and 4 as they are really closed for cleaning. the dinner was great. service wonderful. |

good ratio price/quality, a nice breakfast, quiet and good noise isolation, so we slept well. The restaurant had a limited choice but the dishes were very well prepared and seved? shower room could not be aerated separately |

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel, which has very friendly staff, and a nice beer garden which was a bonus for us as our children could run around after a long car journey. Breakfast is good, and there is now a discounted price for children. The rooms are very basic, but clean. This is a great hotel for a stop over. Not enough parking spaces in the hotel grounds. |

Very clean and quiet, spacious room, great value for the money, very nice and helpful proprietor. Not much to do in the town, off the track (but excellent value for the money--better bargain than staying in a town along the Wine Road). |

very pleasant hotel 1. Quite expensive breakfast. Much cheaper to organise own breakfast; 2. This particular room had a very small toilet and it was impossible to sit on the toilet the right way round, you had to sit down sideways, which is uncomfortable and not practical |

The gentleman who ran the hotel was exceptionally helpful - especially as we arrived very late. The hotel was very clean and the room was just right for our needs. Breakfast was very good. I would have liked for there to have been additional pillows available. Air conditioning would also have been very good - or at least a few fans. |

They kept the restaurant open for us past normal closing and wre extremely friendly nd helpful. Excellent wifi (5 euros for 2 hours). |

The hotel is well managed. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good for a two star hotel. Particularly, it is away from the city in a pleasant setting, with a large garden at the back. An easy drive into the city. |

Nice modern-ish country hotel, with ample free parking available (although mostly on the street). Very quiet and peaceful, and very reasonable price. Not far from Colmar; good as a base for southern Alsace wine road exploration. Breakfast not included (although add-on price not too bad). A little challenging to find the first time (but just find and stay on Road #222 and you will be OK). |

You can ejoy the pretty garden and bird singing. The restaurant is good. You can relax yourself in the quiet circumstance. It is a little bit difficult to find where it is. And the parking space might not be enough in some cases. |

The hotel is close to Colmar and is good value for money. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed it a lot. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, so once you have a shower, the bathroom becomes flooded. |
