Hotel molto ben tenuto, pulito e confortevole. Posizione silenziosa. Molto bene.

Camera spaziosa, pulita, mobili in buono stato, complessivamente gradevole. Bagno spazioso. Essenziale l'aspetto asciugamani e saponette. Ambiente breakfast e colazione sufficiente. Parcheggio gratuito.

Non banale da trovare se non con l'ausilio di un navigatore. Il personale (probabilmente marito e moglie) molto impacciato, difficolta per ogni cosa. Pagamento anticipato (generalmente negli hotel si paga alla partenza) e non funziona mai la linea di pagamento con bancomat. Meglio prepararsi con il contante.

Easy to get to from motorway, free wi-fi, friendly staff, large private car park. Comfortable room. Within walking distance of town centre.

Not easy to find, sign posting misleading. Expensive breakfast

Location was easy to find, the beds in our room were very comfortable and the windows and walls were well soundproofed.

Wi-Fi was very patchy on the top floor and often dropped the connection, breakfast could have provided more choice

The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and helped us find a lovely Italian restaurant in the nearby town. Everything was comfortable and clean - the shower cubicle was huge and there was plenty of hot water.

We wanted a stop over to break up our long car journey from sw France to Normandy and this was perfect. The couple who ran the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The room for three of us was a really lovely big space and, although basic, was spotlessly clean and beds were very comfortable. Furniture was basic but it had everything we needed and the buffet breakfast was good value for money - excellent coffee and plenty of it! It was located on an industrial estate very close to the motorway. Easy to find and location didn't matter as we were on our way quickly the next morning.

It was a very pleasant hotel and the staff on reception Gerard Boudy & Corinne were extremely helpful even though we had a slight language barrier.the room was good with air con that actually worked as it should.

Nothing it was ideal

We booked hotel for it´s conven ience to motorway but directions to it were poor and surrounds were very unattractive- back end of a commercial estate. Staff were very nice and room although small was fine. Did not like the fact that we had to walk to the only restaurant in the neighbourhood when I was under the impression there was an inhouse restaurant.

See above Hotel ideal for business travellers but not tourists. I also thought ity was overpriced.

Our room was on the ground floor so very easily accessible. It had a comfortable bed and good shower. A little basic but spotlessly clean, and the staff very helpful.

The only thing we would comment about the Comfort Hotel Saintes was its location. It appeared to be on the edge of an industrial estate, and a little difficult to find. We actually went into the Tourist Information Office to get directions, to which they told us that it is now called the Fast Hotel, and it was eventually signposted thus.

Excellent hotel for price paid. Friendly reception. Good breakfast. Very large and comfortable family room. Close to the autoroute for overnight stop.

Warm and friendly welcome. Room was air conditioned. Ideal stop-over point on a long journey. Breakfast was good value for money. Overall very good value for money.

Greeted on arrival by very friendly and helpful man. We loved the spacious entrance and the rooms were very comfortable. A quiet area, and private parking. There was a good choice at breakfast - and very good coffee! The tea making facilities in the room was very welcome, and when we asked for milk for our tea we were given a jug full! Food is available at a pizza/pasta restaurant across the road. No lift, but plenty of rooms on the ground floor.

We had trouble finding it, due to the lack of hotel signs, but it was explained that new ones were being delivered that week. We didn't want pizza or pasta so we needed to go into the town for food, which was not far.

The staff who welcomed us were very friendly and helpful. The Room was a great size for family of 5.

I didn't like that when you are making the booking, it has a continental breakfast is served in the dining room each morning, which I think is very deceiving, they then charged us €7.50 per head including a 4 and 6 year old, which added an extra €34.00 to our bill which we were not expecting. It should state when booking that breakfast is charged at an extra cost, very dissapointing as we had been extremely happy with everything up till checkout and recieved our bill.

Simple comfortable room and bathroom for the price. Included kettle and tea/coffee sachets which is always nice.

Minimal English spoken by staff, but this is my shortcoming not theirs! Bathroom door opens to hit toilet. Dangerous getting out of shower- high bath edge, little to hold onto, awkward bathroom configuration... Wouldn't be suitable for an elderly person or anyone with mobility difficulties!

De vriendelijke en bijna persoonlijke ontvangst. Voor de beoogde tussenstop op een langere reis een zakelijke, efficiënte en passend comfortabele overnachting. Restaurant (le Poivre Rouge) op loopafstand. Gunstige ligging nabij snelweg. Geen geluidsoverlast.

Cet hôtel n'est pas un 3 étoiles. Les avertissements contre le vol des téléviseurs sont plutôt étonnants dans cette catégorie. Des gobelets en plastique pour se servir de la bouilloire et le thé de Leader Price, bof, bof, bof.

pas de critique au niveau de l'hôtel mais dommange qu'il n'y ait pas de restaurant acceptable à proximité -
