The staff made us feel at home& the chef David made great food
Nothing not to like great value for money
Location was central. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good.
The room smelt stale and unpleasant. It had not been aired and all windows were shut on arrival. There was a distinct smell of drains in the bathroom and I understand that this had been reported by staff and no action taken.Would not stay again.
Lovely comfortable room. Had a great nights sleep. Large bed. Easy to find and ample parking
Restaurant not open. We particularly wanted to eat on site, and chose this hotel based on its advertising for the quality of its food preparation . We discovered the closure, when exhausted we went down for our meal. The hotel recommended a restaurant, which was good but we paid far more than we had budgeted .We feel really let down by Booking.com. As we thought by going through them this sort of issue wouldn't happen.
Short walk to town Helpful staff Quiet despite near main road Good Breakfast
There were few options in the area, and this hotel was fine, but honestly felt more like a two star than a three. It was pretty basic, but there were no issues.
close to town dog friendly he disabled room was good ( although it could have more grab rails ) parking is available close to rooms (first come first choice)
Problem with address, town map shows road as general de gaulle, not charles de gaulle which is the correct address outside woodwork could do with painting
Room and easy access as we brought our dog with us
Told restaurant was closed (at 7.30pm approx.) when sign said it was open to 10.00pm
We staid 2 nights and our room was not cleaned. The restaurant was not working (only for breakfast).
Staff was changing my reservation from a family room to a single one to propose me better rate, even if it was not mandatory. Without asking. Very Professional :-)
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and pretty much what would be expected for this type of hotel. Parking was good and the food was nice.
It was great. Nice boutique hotel about 40 minutes from the Le Mans race. Great locations in a nice city. Very pleasant owners. Very helpful.
Only thing that they could do a little better would be to get softer beds. Other than that, perfect.
Efficient, friendly staff. Good value for the money.
The rooms don't seem to be divided into smoking/non-smoking, and mine had the odor of stale tobacco. Also, the soundproofing seems to be almost non-existent.
When we arrived we were clearly not expected, the request was for a twin bedded room. We were shown a room with a double bed and pointed out our request on the booking sheet. The staff then made up a room equipped with twin beds quite quickly, when we viewed the room it quite frankly stank. We found another hotel and returned to hand over the keys, all the staff had gone home and the doors were locked. We had to return the keys through an open window. In the morning we returned and explained why we didn't stay.
The helpful attitude of the staff and the good menu
Excellent WiFi. Very comfortable and lovely staff.
Excellent fast and free WIFI, lovely shower, working heating
The room had a bit of a smell of a room that has not been aired properly
