Restaurant dinner was very good as was the choices available for breakfast. Off road parking. Level, short walk to the city centre tourist attractions. No bath handles and no shower curtain. We had to shower kneeling or sitting in the bath and it was difficult without hand rails. |

close to the old town, newly renovated, reasonable price far from the train station and given the poor public transportaton in the city, quite inconvenient for train travellers, but would be perfect for people travelling by car. Understaffed, and not very helpful, |

This hotel I like they got a hot water mean it really hot , I can't find another hotel have the same and nice bed . I think they have to check it clearly about the internet system , cos I stay in hotel 13 days , but I only can use their service only 2 days ( totaly only few hours ), have a lady say to me , the reason is she don't know , and she said that " we have use this system over a year , I don't what happen , ...........) is make me few sad about this hotel , they put a band outside of the hotel , have a big big words internet is free and includ. I suggest that they put that back and make sure what the system they have . you guy have english version web site but the people they work in hotel no one can speak in english. That call service ? I can told you in biesheim that hotel is more better that this |

Car parking outside the hotel. Design flaw with the window creates a serious security risk. The only way to ventilate the room is to open the window. In order to do this the curtains must be pulled fully open because the window is hung on the wrong side! All of the windows on the ground floors are right on the car park and the road and it is so easy for anybody to get in and steal, a child could do it. We had to keep the window closed all the time which made the room very stuffy. The location of this hotel is in an unattractive suburban area with no shops within short walking distance. The rooms are clean but tiny. The TV is big but shows only eight French channels. |

Out of 15 hotels during our tour around Europe, Marmotte had the best bed. (Comfortable, wide and matress with excellent ventilation.) Though we had a room at ground floor, facing the street, it was very silent. It was less than 10 minutes by foot, to reach Colmars old centre. Same concept as Formule1 and Premiere Classe, but much higher quality. But not much higher price. Our room smelled smoke. The hotel is a contradiction to the old Colmar. (Neverhteless I will with no doubt choose it next time.) The breakfast was plain. Take the morning meal in a square in the charming old town. |

Comfortable room. Convenient for the town. Bath too small and with no proper shower. ( there was a shower but nowhere to hang the shower head) Room had been occupied by a smker previously. |

Breakfast was good. Bathroom was quirky: toilet seat wrong size, only a hand held shower. One large group decimated the breakfast buffet and it took 15 minutes before there was more coffee and food. Hall noise was very loud. Parking lot noise was very loud. |

Rooms were clean, quick check-in, what you would expect. Rooms were a bit pokey 'small', breakfast was quite limited - like walking, but some people might want closer 'no problem for us'. +/- 15 minutes walk to city center. |
