The settlement in the center of Paris. The size of the room, which was quite big for an hotel in Paris. The price of course! |

The staff were absolutely exceptional. Went over & above in all departments, from reception, to housekeeping to the restaurant. |

We really like the staff and the service (Selma and Oscar but pretty much all the staff). The room was bit small especially the bathroom, but other than that it was great. One of the staff at the hotel (Oscar) even helped me out with a outlet adapter. That really save me time and money to go get one to charge up my camera. He was a life saver. The location of the hotel was great too. Not too tourist oriented, gave us a chance to see some of the locals. Great being close to the Patheon and the Sorbone University. Did not like the restaurant next to the hotel, food was terrible and service was just okay. |

Easy location in a quite road with very little distraction from night life- a really helpful day porter who was very helpful with giving directions and advice. No coffee and tea making facilities- bed was a little uncomfortable- breakfast was not included in the price which I feel was a little expensive for what we got. Classed as a 4 star with the prices to match. Mini bar was ridiculously expensive- £6 for a small bottle of water. |

My room was very nice; I could rest well. The evening staff should be given more training on how to deal with customers. In my case, the staff member picked up an external call although he had engaged in check in activities upon my arrival. I had to wait some time guesticulating to him that I wanted my room keys. |

It is a charming hotel, stayou need to know that the airport shuttle is the train you can get from the Airport, and then to the Luxemburg station, and walk like 2 blocks, easy inbound (electric stairs) difficult in the outbound, but we could manage, also not all the trains are the same. They have two bus lines directly to the opera, a waling distance to Notre Dame, Sorbone, (well I like to walk) The glass dividing the shower to the rest is very small and you always splash the rest. Only one key for the room not two as normal, but all those are minor details, it is worth the price. Air conditioning to close to bed, but we open the window, the street is calm, I did not liked the restaurant close to it, do not recomend it, We will surely return to it. |

La habitación era mínima y con mala ventilación. Incomprensible para un hotel de 4 estrellas y ese precio. En España no cumpliría los mínimos legales. |
