Spacious room with kitchenette. Lift to rooms. Wifi not that constant. Very convenient as it is in Val d Europe one stop from Disneyland.

Not all kitchen utensils in the room so double check on arrival so as not to be charged. Get logged out of wifi and must renter codes the whole time.

Very new, clean and modern hotel with decent sized (for European standards) self catering rooms. 2-3 minutes walk to Val d'Europe rer, and shopping centre so excellent location to base yourself for Disneyland. Halal food opposite and inside the station, and also a small section in the Hypermarket inside Val D'Europe also an added advantage.

For 200 Euros a night, you'd expect the hotel to be more accomodating....our flight back was at 10pm.....after a lot of pleading they gave us late check-out at 12pm instead of 11am...which should be standard anyway!

Staf was very disrespectful ... location is near disneylenda and it's normal to go with the kids, but the policy is very bad, the children can not swim in the pool, it must be room for four despite the fact that we were three of us, but in the end we had available only one bed, sofa it was not furnished to sleep ... so we had a plane at noon we ask od the reception to have late check out, but we were forcibly expelled from the room. upset .. my family and destroyed the entire experience around disneylenda which I prepared for my son ... never again in this hotel, never!

Room very clean, bright and attractive. Kitchenette had everything necessary for breakfasting and preparing lunch while out and about. 2 TV's useful particularly with the room being able to be subdivided so that the children could watch a different channel to us. Staff friendly and helpful and dealt well with my limited french

Only one thing to complain about was that in our room ( 412 ) we had a problem one day when we were trying to leave the room the door locking mechanism stuck and we couldn't exit. Called the reception desk and they sent a maintenance man up who told me this had happened before in this room but he couldnt solve the problem of why. Obvioulsy this is a real concern in the case of a fire and the hotel must sort it out.

Location excellent, with lots of shops nearby and one station away from Disneyland.

Layout of self-catering kitchen so bad it's almost unusable. Also basic things like bath soap, broken light bulbs and missing cutlery not exceptable for a 4 star hotel or any hotel?!

The hotel design is very wonderful and the location is very good to reach Disneyland after one metro station only you are there , and its located near the val d europe mall , nice area

It was very hot in the room and I have ask the stuff twice to check the air condition but no body did any thing to me so it was difficult to me to sleep in the night without air condition , also the room service is bad , they are not cleaning the room well and the bath and they have to care about the room service

The Spa facilities, location and gym were all positives.

The staff were so so rude, no idea what customer service is. I am an unfussy 25 year old staying with her sister so I dont even have high standards at all and they werent met. They were unhelpful, condescending and disorganised. They didnt have/couldnt find our booking, we were LITERALLY 30 seconds late for breakfast and they wouldnt serve us, the Junior suite room is v small, and they wouldnt let us use the spa facilities (even to book a treatment) 2 mins after we checked out so I was less than impressed. Also v hard to find hotel but that isnt the hotels fault :)

Room could have been cleaned a bit more. I spilled cereal and I had no way of sweeping it myself.

Very close to Disneyland Paris and away from the hussle of tourists in the park, I enjoyed the neat clean hotel and surroundings of Val d Europe. The malls nearby are some of the best in Paris. We arrived at 10am and the staff were kind enough to check us in.

Service should also include cleaning up of the kitchen area

The size of the rooms where great. we stayed in a Junior suite and had two bathrooms one bedroom and a large living room/kitchen with sofa bed.

Had asked for twin beds and were given a double

Very clean and modern accommodation. Kitchenette well equipped. Restaurant was fabulous. We had a very memorable meal and the staff were excellent.

Sofa bed in accommodation - was too springy. Had to remove mattress and put it on the floor.

Great location only ten minutes door to door from Disneyland. Nice spa and good treatments although pricey enough. Close to supermarkets, designer outlets and nice restaurants including Japanese, Korean bbq, tapas and Italian. Lots of good high street stores, especially with kids wear. Micro kitchen is handy as supermarket is nearby but be prepared to clean kitchen yourself as housekeeping is only 1 day in 6 apart from towel change and beds being made. We didn't bother with the kitchen. Breakfast was ok but you need a ticket and this wasn't explained. Major bonus is not being in the Disney park as food is much better outside and hotel is just as close.

Pool for over 18s only as it's part of spa. Staff were unhelpful at best, rude and smug at worst, although staff in spa and evening restaurant were much more helpful/pleasant.

The location of the hotel was excellent - 2 minutes walk from the rer station and the shopping centre. Plenty of child-friendly restaurants too. It felt safe walking around late in the evening. We had a junior suite on the corner and it was very quiet apart from the traffic noise which was quite reasonable and didn't bother us. The size of the room was good, the double bed was enormous, the sofa bed was a good size and firm. The kitchenette had all the essential facilities - the microwave and fridge were very useful. We ate breakfast in the room and you could prepare a simple hot meal. The room had 2 loos and 2 TVs. We liked being able to park the car under the hotel rather than on the road.

The sofa bed squeaked when an adult was sleeping in it so it's probably more suitable for children or very light adults. The kitchenette had crockery, cutlery, a couple of pans, a kettle and a dishcloth but you have to bring your own washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets, washing up sponge and condiments. They don't refill the courtesy basket either so bring your own coffee doses, tea and sugar. The sound on the TVs was limited so you would struggle if you were hard of hearing and there were very few English-speaking channels.

Very unwell after having a meal in the hotel restaurant. As a result I spent half of my stay in bed.
