    Booked for a 2 night stay before flying out of CDG, expecting a typical airport hotel but its not! The Spa was very nice and theres a lot of greenery around, the park behind the hotel is very peaceful to walk through. Ate at the hotel restaurant first night as we arrived late which was fine, next day we went to the village restaurants 5 mins away. Would absolutely stay here again if I needed a bed close to CDG.

    terrific room. great service in the bar for drinks and dinner. very accommodating front desk. good wakeup service. convenient free transport to cdg.

    dismal surroundings outside but cannot be helped. not really a spa, just a hotel with a workout room. swimming pool closed.

    free shutel to air port takes long the trash in the room was not removed when we arrived and no phone in the room

    We liked the close proximity to the airport and the pool and spa.

    I did not like the bus driver as he saw a friend at the airport and did an extra circle around to chat with his friend while leaving the bus and passengers inside his friend came into the bus and did some joke in the drivers seat. It was very uncomfortable. The bus took one hour for a 10 minute ride. When arriving at the hotel our room was not ready and we waited 2.5 hours at 16:00. We were planning to drop our things and see the Paris lights for our last night there. When we checked in to our room at 18:45 it was too late. I had requested enough room to sleep 3...one 6 foot 4 son, one 11 year old and myself. We were given 2 full size beds and a promise from 3 people that the cot was on the way. When I called the desk they eventually stopped answering calls fro my phone line. They answered once and then never again. I went to the desk and then was told they did not know what a cot was and had to google it. They then said they did not have any cots. I then told them that we would not fit into 2 full size beds and they basically laughed at me and said that is all we can do. It was 22:00 at night now and we could not switch rooms again. Anyways needless to say that we did not sleep well. Maybe 2 hours sleep. Don't stay here and don't believe the advertising that they speak English, they do not or do not want to. The staff and bus driver do not care at all about the guests.

    The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent. There was cooking facilities and a shower and a bath. From the balcony we could see the Eiffel Tower.

    The location of the hotel was out of Paris but they have a free bus which runs every 20 - 30 minutes to the airport and you can then get a train straight into the centre of Paris.

    Beware, this 5 star hotel does not provide its own van or bus to shuttle you to CDG. You ride a crowded bus that makes many stops on the way to CDG, even when it is packed to the max with people, suitcases, dogs, etc, it makes MORE stops. Restaurant overpriced. My husband had to get up out of his seat at the table, walk himself to the bar to order two cocktails. WHAT? Spa staff not helpful. Ants crawling on the ceiling of our first room. No sheets on the pull out bed or anywhere in the room. The hotel seemed grossly understaffed. Changed from ant-room to next room, waited hours for sheets for the pull out...overall, this was the most expensive hotel in our 3 week itinerary, and the worst service. Huge disappointment, but a fabulous teachable moment for my preteen girls...5 stars doesn't always equal relaxing or classy. How you treat people is the measurement of true class. When I asked about any consolation they could make due to the ant problem and us having to switch rooms, etc, they offered a 10% discount on $350/nt. If you want a luxe hotel to relax in the night before a 10-hour flight, this is NOT it. The Holiday Inn we stayed at 10 years ago was a better experience. Or, try the Sheraton sans shuttle nightmare!

    Very well appointed rooms. They had everything a traveller needed. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet and the quality of the restaurant was an added bonus. Excellent value for money wished we had of had longer to use the spa facilities.

    Fairly close to the airport and the spa facilities

    Room smelt really badly of stale smoke despite having specifically asked for a non smoking room. Nothing was done about it .

    The pool and opening time frame That room was clean Good quality to sleep, no noise , very good window isolation from outside noise;

    Internet worked very bad, no possibility to work by internet, never had so bad connection. Fact that people ask for scrambles eggs 3 times and that in time of 20 minutes it was not possible for personal to provide it.

    The location is superb. The airport is minutes away by free shuttle, and they have a free shuttle service to the large nearby mall. The room facilities are ample with cooker, microwave fridge & comfortable bathroom/bedroom. The steam room/sauna/pool are excellent.

    Upon arrival we waited over an hour for an electronic key as the machine was broken. They forgot us, so we had to go back to reception for it, waiting for the entire time in an airless,powerless room. Our balcony was filthy with cigarettes and discarded cotton buds. For the room being filthy we got a better room, but no compensation came for the inconvenience & wait on the first day. We got some fruit in the room which we did not request, and it was not good enough. We requested a discount & were told an email would be sent with a discount for a future stay, but Charlotte, the customer service representative, was lying. Nothing has ever come, and that is not good enough. If this place was cheap, I would say "you get what you pay for", but it is not, and I am not amused.

    Soundproof room with a kitchenet and coffee facility, quite location and hot water swiming pools were all very nice surprises. Very good value for money considering we made it to the very centre of Paris by car only in 20min.

    Smaller sauna and limitef opening hours (till 10pm)
