The staff didn't know anything about prepaid thru ur booking .com and double change me for the breakfast and the shuttle bus is not comming on time so I took the taxi again. The snack shop is very expensive and very unhealthy . The lobby is too small and too may direction. I will say this is a 25 years old hotel and needs to be renovated soon and the cleaning lady not even said good morning . No smile staff . Don't know ur name ! I expect a five star hotel should be more welcome the guests . all airlines crews are in the hotel so in and out traffic is very heavy.

266 euro per night, i think its a bit overprice. Perhaps 200 euro will be more suitable.

Great pool and fitness complex with sauna and steam room. Great to relax before or after long distance flights in and out of CDG airport. Wifi worked a treat in our room. Quite and sound proof windows. Air Con. Great shower and bathroom.
The room has a mini kitchen with a fridge, but there was nothing provided in the fridge. Normally hotels stock the fridge with a few items and sell these as a mini bar service. But not so here. Also only one single pouch of instant coffee was provided and one tee bag and exactly one small sack of sugar....
The pool/spa is a pleasant experience. Considering this is an airport hotel the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel shuttles and breakfast are also good.
The entry key cards kept getting faulty and so did not always work. The pool neck pressure jet was out of order,soap was missing on a particular day and no teaspoons where available. Restaurant food needs a better verity upgrade. I believe the airport shuttles need to use the luggage compartments as passengers struggled to load their luggage. Perhaps a better boutique within the hotel will also enhance the stay especially for business travelers .The night lights in our room seemed out of order ( RN: 1132 ) Hope this has been helpful. The Room Service was Good.
On my first night the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I rushed down as I thought there was a fire to stand there with alot of confused guests to then have to go and ask what was going on. I was then told to go back to the rooms it was a false alarm. This could have been announced or they could have been a little more proactive to not cause the panic. Then the power went off again reception ignored all calls (I saw this when i went downstairs) I then went downstairs to find out what was happening and they said the power would be on in 15 minutes. The power was on +- 15 hours later. When I got back to my room after my meetings there was a bottle of wine now Ipaid full price for my room and after all this nonsense I get a bottle of wine to apologise. I honestly expected a discount or something else because after everything the wifi also did not work.
The hotel is new and well located close to CDG airport. Staff friendly and room spacious and comfortable. Only stayed one night and didnt use the hotel for food. Service in the bar was excellent and presented our wine professionally. Registration and check out was smooth and pleasant. The hotel provide a free shuttle to the CDG. We used the hotel pool and sauna. Both these were the best we had experienced throughout Europe - modern, clean and relaxing.
Okay, from the start it was wrong. Charged €1600 instead of €530, asked for extra pillows and got towels, was told price included breakfast and it didn't, €20 for what they offer is a rip off too. Room was good, so was the spa area. The bar is extortionate but the restaurant food isnt too bad and priced well for the area.

At both the restaurant and bar it seemed like the service was very slow. It looked as if there were adequate staff but only one worker and four managers/watchers.

Ordered room service that never came- the kitchen came twice to the room with the incorrect order. Complained to front desk, who never called back- however on our second call Pablo tried to offer us some bread and cheese! He also gave us complimentary breakfast and a personal driver to carry us to the airport. ..

Proactive, Helpful and concerned staff. Very Nice polite. Couldn't ask for more. My wife and I came back from a one year relocation assignment in Paris, so we had 14+ bags of luggage. The desk clerk saw all of the luggage and gave us a room on the first floor which was incredibly helpful to us. I do not think that we would have made it to the airport without too much staff had he not been concerned enough about that. Thank You Desk Clerk! (I do not remember his name.0 The staff came out side and wouldn't let me touch a bag, and took him to our Large Family suite room which I rented for that purpose. The keep me occupied and quickly got the luggage neatly packed on one single cart somehow, with two extra bags. This was so much help as we had been worried for weeks about how to handle all the luggage. The room was big, neat clean and beautiful hard wood floors with two very clean bathrooms, and one had a tub. The Dinner was 5 stars in my book. The staff of the restaurant and the hotel were so nice, smiling, conversational and extremely polite. This was so welcomed as my Wife and I were extremely exhausted. Everyone in the hotel deserves recognition. There was not one person that wasn't nice, polite and helpful. The room also quite.

The hotel was fine.
We didn't like the service in the restaurant. We ordered fois gras but the waiter brought scallops instead and insisted that it was fois gras! Finaly, we saw scallops in the bill. The price for scallops was deducted resulted from our discussion with the administrator.
