Staff estremamente gentile, ottima organizzazione per i viaggiatori sull'aeroporto Paris Charles de Gaulle.

Staff extremely unfriendly. Perhaps smiles and kindness are optionals to be included in booking phase. Surprisingly reception was not able to direct me in proper gate. First time, perhaps last in this five star hotel. What a shame

The spa is superb, although the gym could have been bigger with all that space they have. The pool is facing floor to ceiling panoramic windows & it's facing a park, it's well built & very well thought - so relaxing to swim facing the trees & the sky....The bed was super comfi as it's a new hotel-love the wooden floor in the room- also there's a little village 10 minutes away (by foot) so you can stack up your fridge in the room with food which gave choice to eat in my room-I only ate at the restaurant once, it's average & expensive so avoid it if you can. In relation to the hotel shuttle from the airport, go to t2, train station (rer station) & take the lift to Level 5, it will stop on your left, you should not wait more than 1/2 hour is you just missed one. The free wi-fi is not working in every single room so try it before unpacking- It was not trouble to change room with good wi-fi connection & I could even watch telly on my I-pad-they said they might put rooters in rooms with week wi-fi connections anyway.

I was not given proper Instructions at all over the phone regarding the shuttle & had no clue where to get it from so ended up begging a taxi to take me to the hotel, which is only 10/15 minutes away - that cab was grumpy over this so I tip him generously in the end- I felt a bit let down by the hotel in that respect!

Extremely poor reception from the check in staff.Travelling with a baby and an adult who had a operation on his hand and plenty of luggage,nobody helped us with the luggage.No information given where were our rooms.we finally manage to locate them,at the extreme end of the building with a fly of 5 stairs.When I complained to the check in staff(Anne-Laure) she said:you did not asked where were your rooms.also asked for a deposit of 50 euros for each of the 2 already paid rooms"in case we destroy the rooms..."The rest of the staff (housekeeping and shuttle driver were rather nice and embarrassed by the check in staff's lack of welcoming.(to say the least)

Heater under desk. Unbearable to work more than 10 minutes at the desk with the heater on.

Near the aiport. Clean. Only one of the receptionist was nice and really helpful, sadly do not remember name, she worked in the evening shift.

Shuttle bus just does not operate, as we almost froze to death (mafter more than hour) we took the taxi from the airport and unfortunately also when we wanted to leave the same thing happened. They have 2 kinds of shuttle busses but just the big one works and go just once in an hour. They even have a time table with both busses however the personnel pretend that just the big one is working and if you are too demanding they just pretend not to understand. If you want to catch your flight do not relay on this. Restaurant fully booked; if you arrive in the evening no chance to eat. Really disappointed, this services just ruined all the other impression of the hotel.

The guy who drove us to the airport was really nice and because we had very heavy luggage and were the only people in the transfer bus, he drove us directly to the departure hall which I think was not supposed to be a usual stop.

Didn't like the system of having the toilet and bath/taps separated. The hot water for the bath needed an hour to heat up after my friend finished her bath. The kettle looked dubious with white solid all around the sides and bottom.

Spacious and attractive family suite with two bathrooms, dining table, and kitchenette. Convenient location relative to the airport.

There was no wireless internet access in the room, contrary to what was advertised. When I called the front desk I was told there was no signal in some parts of the hotel. They offered to move me to a new room, but at that point our children were already asleep and moving would have been impossible. If you will need internet access you should make that clear at check-in (and also request the wi-fi code) and check it immediately when you get to the room. Sofa bed was fine for kids but may not have been comfortable for adults.

The staff are very efficient and helpful. The shuttle service from the airport is convenient and regular. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed and immaculate. The restaurant offered very good meals.

Dining is expensive and a hair drier in room would be helpful.

Ideal location for overseas travel for an overnight stay.

The premium room was very big for Paris small sizes, bathroom was wonderful, perfect mattress, nice balcony,it had a small kitchenette, i dont really understand for what as they dont carry fork, knifes, spoons, plates, pans, etc,,,but the good thing was it had a kettle and i could heat water for my babys bottle, also tea, coffee, etc Also i only stayed here as it was close to the airport, and it had free shuttle bus passing every 30 min at terminal 2.... overall i would stay here again only if i have a long layover again in Paris....breakfast buffet was wonderful.

We had a short stay because we used it as a place to stay between flights. We would happily stay there for a longer period. The shuttle was also an important factor.

The room was huge and quite luxurious. The bed was comfortable. The flat screen TV was huge and had many English channels. The complimentary breakfast was buffet-sytle, had a large assortment (including bacon and eggs) and excellent.

We liked everything.
