Staff were pleasant and helpful and their english was good. Breakfast was very good great variety to choose from and it kept us going until dinner time. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and to most other attractions in Paris. |

Staff was competent, helpful and courteous. Location near the Metro was key. Very good value for money. A little cramped for Americans used to more room, but it was adequate. |

The Relais de Paris Eiffel Cambronne was very clean. Wireless Internet was available for free and worked well. The breakfast buffet had a very good choice. The room was small, but that's Paris, and had good facilities/furniture. Not applicable. |

very nice location, near metro and walking distance to Eiffel tour, near pubs and restaurants. the room was clean and we had new towels every day. breakfast was good with croissants, bread, juices etc. the room was extremely small but still comfortable enough, although the shower area could be bigger, but i guess in Paris this is quite common. hard to get yogurts and fruit in the morning at breakfast...sound isolation should be improved in rooms, we could hear a lot from the other rooms. |

The location was excellent. Some of the staff where helpful. The internet does not work in the rooms at all. That was very dissapointing since that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The rooms were very small too. |

Location of the hotel which is in the city of the center and 15 mins from effil tower. In addition, Arabic resturant down the hotel which i beleive is good for arab people. |

Great location near turistic sites, rooms were clean, good breakfast, fair price, friendly staff at the front desk who gave good advice about tours, transportation, etc. It's really value for money. The rooms are small but it didn't matter much because we were out most of the day. For the price they charge which we consider not high, we were not expecting huge rooms. |

The location was very central and close to all touristic attractions; Eiffel tower is within walking distance and 2 subway stations make connection to other parts very accessible. The internet service at reception was great to keep in touch with emails. Room size a bit small but again that is the case with many hotels in Paris. |

Room was clean; location, although not very central, is close to metro station (3 lines). Room and bathroom - very very small. Breakfast - no meat product (e.g. ham, salami etc.). Reservation - I had to email them several times and even call to confirm the reservation (they said my card was not good, but of course it was, I paid the stay with the same card); we paid up-front, but at check out they claimed that we still have one nigh to settle - luckily I had the receipt and problem solved. |
