The room was very small but very clean and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast staff were delightful. Breakfast was very good value for money. The location was fantastic right near the metro and a fairly easy walk to the effille tower. There was lots of eating places in close proximity and I felt it was a safe place to stay. The staff on the front counter were very helpful or bar one. The bathroom was great and the shower (over bath) was strong and hot. The price was comparable to most in the area. Perhaps they could have one more computer with wifi rather than just the one.

Location was very extremely convenient to train (right outside the hotel), Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe within 4-5 train stops. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice, continental buffet with breads, croissants, coffee and juice.

Very nice hotel with a homey feeling to it. Within walking distance from the eiffel tower and situated just next to the subway. We also had some issues during checkout with the payment and the staff helped us without any problems.

I found the cleaning staff very helpful and pleasant. They helped bring my luggage to the room without asking for help. They also mention that I could store my stroller in a storage room. I am from north America and thought the rooms were very small but I understand this with Europe. I would recommend to my friends because of price and location. I thought the rooms were a little small. I thought the breakfast was expensive for what you had to offer.

Was disappointed in the room size for a so-called triple, which was two twins plus a foldout padded with sofa cushions. For less money, found a superior room elsewhere.

Near Eiffel. 1) Price-Quality balance is poor, 2) I gave two shirts for ironing before my meeting, but they forget to send it to laundary; as a result I have to wear something that is not proper. 3) In Check out, we gave 500€, but they donot accept it and forced us to pay it by several hundred €s. We waste half an hour to check out and finally we missed the plane. The staff donot help for any kind of situations. In addition, we have to pay penalty for the missing plane.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Though being in the heart of Paris, the cost is reasonable. The breakfast is good. The metro network is easily available.

The hotel is located 2 minets away from the metro stashan that gows absulutly everywhere, its also 10 minutes walk to the ayfel tower. The staff is whery friendly and helpful. The brakfest buffet is good, you can have a good breakfast before your day which is very unique for Paris. The rooms are cleaned every day. Over all a good hotel with a great location. Great for this price. The hotel room is a bit small, but that's to be acspected for Paris.

The manageress was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and sustaining--I liked the boiled egg with toast after having lovely muesli with joghurt and milk. The wholewheat bread with cheese was extremely good. The bedroom although small was more than adequate. Was very good to have free internet connection at reception . They did not clean under the beds--I found a slip-slop left by the previous occupant. The lift was not working for 2 days and we were on the 4th floor but I guess that is one of those things that happen. At least the person on duty carried our bags up for us.

Convenient breakfast, close to metro, lots of restaurants near by, walking distance to Eiffel tower. This hotel is not 3 star, maybe 2 at best. Pictures on website did not match actual room condition! Our family booked 3 rooms. All rooms were a lot older than pictured... It was worn with dirty carpet. In one of the double rooms, the shower was so small that the curtains cling to your body! The pictures must have been taken a decade ago. Recommend only if you are on a budget.

The breakfast were typical european, but nice. The croisants were freshly baked every morning. There are 2 metro stations, each about 3 minutes away from the hotel which make it an excellent hotel if you want to see all the points of interest in Paris.

The location is absolutely perfect as it is close to Metro Station. Most of the time, we use public transport to tour Paris and it is just perfect. Very close to Eiffel Tower, you can choose to take Metro and take a nice 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Food and cafes are all within walking distance from hotel. The room is small but comfortable, with tea & coffee maker & even hairdryer. And not forgetting their lovely staffs, they were helpful and accomodating. The reception speaks English and we didn't have problem communicating with them. None for me. If you want a bigger room, this maybe a problem, if you want luxury and comfort, this may not be the hotel for you. But to me, it meets my budget and expectation! :) Maybe one complain, the address of the hotel printed on booking.com is a little confusing. The taxi driver drove us at at different location, within the same road. And later found out that there are two road signs in the address. You might want to rectify this. Thank you.

“The staff reception staff were helpful, pleasant and attentive and were more than willing to speak English. We greatly appreciated that as soon as we arrived, we were offered to have a shuttle bus to the airport arranged for our departure. Our room and bathroom were both spacious enough, and we were very pleased to have a bathtub (with shower over) - perfect for soaking away the tired travellers knees and feet. With the Dupleix train station being so close, the position was fantastic for getting around, plus it was only a comfortable 10 to 15 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower. It is a very quiet area, so no late night disturbances. There is an elevator as well as staircase. ” Mark, Bendigo |
