The room was clean, the staff nice, and a good breakfast was served
I found the price too high for such a small room
Hotel close to plenty of amenities, restaurants, shops and bars. Eiffel tower was about 10 minutes walk.Staff helpful mostly.
Hotel room very clean but small. The weather was quite warm so had the windows open so very noisy. Bought earplugs which did the trick. Air conditioning in room but switched it on and there was an immediate smell. I think like most Paris hotels expensive for what you get, therefore not feeling like good value for money.
The staff on reception could speak numerous languages and couldn't do enough to help us
Being allowed with my friends to go into the lift, which sits right next to reception and being stuck in it for an hour!!!! Once in and floor picked the lift moved and went almost to the first floor and stopped only then did we notice a small piece of paper placed over the metal warning saying only 3 people allowed. Staff also watched 4 people go into the lift before we did. Offered no apology!!!
This hotel is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. There are cafes, pharmacy, bakery & the metro is a 2 minute walk. The room was small but we only slept there. With that in mind the bed was clean tthe sheets were clean & crisp. The bathroom had a shower which had super hot water. There was shampoo, soap hair cap. We didn't try the breakfast because we enjoyed the outdoor cafes. Staff was polite & helpful. For the price of the room we got an excellent value.
The newly decorated rooms were fully refitted, new beds and linen. Even the older, un decorated rooms were very clean and fairly quiet given their proximity to the railway.
The newly decorated rooms are minute and the fixtures and fittings were nonsensical. Sliding bathroom door had no handle, no towel rail, no toilet roll holders, no extraction.
Cant think of anything positive
Situation of hotel, proximity of Eiffel tower not as close as seemed to be advertised. Staff unable to communicate to english people.
Location good for a variety of restaurants. A 15 walk to Eiffel tower.
The bathroom facilities vere very poor. The shower head would not stay in position and would keep falling down and could only be used hand held very annoying. Grout missing in sections. Mould also very evident. Non slip bath mat not provided. Very hot water would come out of cold water tap and would take quite a while to become cold I noticed the lounge in foyer had a large gash in fabric and an attempt to cover with a pillow. Overall very disappointing. Nothing seems to have changed ,except for some painting in our hallway from when we stayed four years ago and had
Although the staff offer their services during your stay they never actually do anything to help you. The rooms were extremely small. Hated the shower and its curtain. Much better hotels available in Paris at more reasonable prices.
Location was close to a subway station and there were many restaurants within a mile walk. The eiffel tower was also a short walk away.
It was farther than expected from other major landmarks and busier areas in Paris.
Most Staff were really helpful, friendly and courteous, Tina and Jonathan on Reception were especially nice !
Horrible view from Bedroom, Damp leaking Shower in Bathroom, Unfriendly and Impolite Woman working in the Breakfast Room, abrupt and miserable and made us feel like intruders !
Hot water good. Clean. Staff good.
There is only ONE plug in the room! We had to take tunes to charge our mobiles. The room was just beside the metro line 6 so it was kinda noisy!
Like most Paris hotels the bedroom is too small for the double bed
The room door doesn't open...
Staffs were nice and kind.
Location is just near metro. so from early morning little bit noisy.
Good location, friendly staff
Very small room and shower, wifi very slow.
Very good location
Quite small room and bathroom in comparison with the price, but clean
The city has many museums and tourist attraction sites.
Lack of variety of hotels to eat in/out e.g. hot food, bbq etc.
The elevator was broken for at least 4 days, wifi was out of order for at least 2 days.
Terribly small bathroom, only one socket available in the room, not enough for a couple
did not like anything
very small rooms poor service bad experience do not book there
Good location near Metro. Staff spoke English. Person running the breakfast room was very kind.
Over-priced. This is a two-star hotel priced as a 3 or 4 star. Internet connection was very slow, dropped out at times and was broken at times. I could not do my work a lot of the time. Noisy: Walls are very thin and one can hear neighbors. Door locks make a loud beep noise every time someone enters their room. At checkout their credit card system failed and I have yet to get a receipt several days later.
