never stay here, its not a hotel its a hostel and the facilities are very basic, noisey and they have the hide to be renovating while you are in your room i.e painters having access while you pay for your room.....and they even forgot to close the door....really really bad, no amount of paint will fix this building everything - its not a hotel changed 2 months ago to a hostel, so if it had been a hotel it would have been extremely upsetting, but booking and hotel and getting a hostel with how bad it is presented was really really bad and sad |

I think the breakfast there was always replacing the food when it had run out and it was nice and fresh. Yes the shower wasn't very good and you couldn't control the water coming out all over the bathroom floor which then in turn made it very slippey I think the bathrooms need updating because there was chipped tiles which I didn't find very hygenic |

Located minutes away from the Sacre Cure ,on an inside street minutes fro the Gare du Nord, this small Hotel is a fair value for money in Paris. The rooms are as expected in a Small Hotel i Paris.our twin room had two single beds +an extra single bed,a balcony to the street, shower and toilet en suite.A TV, and coffee maker, hairdryer and plenty of soap and shampoo. The beds were ok,though the mattress in one of should be changed |

The staff members were extremely nice and were very helpful with information about the city. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Metro, the train station, and interesting restaurants and shopping as well as Montmarte, which is easy walking distance. The hotel was on a very quiet street, though, so we slept well with no outside noise. We really, really liked the hotel and have only minor comments regarding possible improvements. The water from the shower tended to flow over the very small barrier onto the bathroom floor. Also, it would have been nice if there had been a soap holder in the shower. These small inconveniences certainly would not prevent us from staying at this hotel again. |

About a 15-minute walk to the Gare Du Nord train/metro station and 10-minute walk to the Anvers metro station - very convenient. Breakfast was good but they served the same things every day for the six days we stayed there. The stairs are a challenge when you are trying to carry luggage up and down. Nothing that I really dislike cause I didn't expect much for a budget hotel. I will only recommend this place if you are on a budget and don't care much about anything fancy. |

Nice small hotel, friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms (we were offered to choose between 3!), exellent buffet breakfast (we got it included). Good location. Good hotel for its price (especially with discount we had -more then 2 nights with breakfast - 30% off). carpet... should be renewed. That is all! :) |

Good location, just 5 minutes from Gare du Nord and within walking distance from Sacre Coeur, close to several metro and RER stations. One of the best 2 star hotels in Paris, we got a very good price with buffet breakfast included. Grocery stores and nice restaurants are just a few steps away. Our room in the 6th floor even had a small balcony! Very helpful and polite staff all over. The shower is poorly designed, spils water on to the carpet in the room. The room is quite small but what can you expect from a 2 star hotel in Paris. They could add some cold cuts and green stuff to the breakfast, now just cheese and jams to go with your croissants and bread. One must be careful when exiting the (very small) elevator as you can trip down the stairs and hurt yourself! |

The staff was incredibly friendly and nice and breakfast was included at no extra charge which was brilliant for starting each day (they serve free breakfast until 10am!! which is so great because you still can have a bit of a lie in before you eat). very close to the Gare du Nord train station which made exploring Paris a breeze! it was great for me as one person trying to get a deal to stay in paris - but not a "luxury" experience if that's what you're looking for. I was just looking for a clean, close place to stay and this place fit the bill and then some - great staff! |

Close to the Gare du Nord Station but away from the bustle. Small but comfortable room for 1 person - may be too small for 2. The staff are friendly and can communicate well in English. Good breakfast served. |

My son (age 24) and I wanted a cheap without fancy frills basic hotel in a convenient location for Gare Du Nord Station and Metro. This hotel suited our needs perfectly with very friendly staff, spotlessly clean bedding and bedroom. Would come back again. The elderly or any one with walking disabilities would dislike the 10 steps leading to the very small lift, which would accomodate say 2 people, maybe 3 or 4 without lugguge. |

I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my lovely 4 nights stay. I have nothing to complain except just a little thing that TV programmes are only French channels. As a solo traveller like me who does'nt speak French, BBC or CNN is always needed at least. |

Great staff, nice little hotel, very good breakfast. But since I stayed with my mother maybe this is a hotel for younger people, say to 35 years of age. I didn' like the fact that you can hear your neighbours, the sound isolation is not so good. Rooms are rather small, but normally people use the hotel rooms just for sleeping, during the day we were wondering around the city so you can survive the smallness of the rooms. |

The hotel staff speak english which was great...we were able to leave our luggage there after check out as our train does not leave until later that afternoon. The location is great (close to Gare du Nord) and hotel is good for its price.. we have to leave the room key at the reception each time we leave..why? it makes it really inconvenience as we have to lock our bags each time..the room we stayed in is a little bit wierd and maybe some rearrange of the furnitures in the room may create some more space. |
