I took my 2 thirteen year old grandchildren to Paris to celebrate their "teen" birthdays. The staff at Relais Du Louvre were all extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very safe here with the children. The location was amazing. We were able to walk most places. It is across the street from the Louvre and within walking distance to the Rue de Rivoli, Notre Dame, Musee Dorsay, Rue de Rivoli, Place de Concorde, etc. Also close to many good restaurants and cafes. I would definitely stay here again. No |

Excellent staff, very convenient location - walking distance to many historic sites and other tourist attractions. At the same time, there are no crowds near the hotel and it is nice and quiet. The bathroom and shower cabin are very small. |

The location of the hotel makes it ideal for tourists visiting Paris. It is close to metro and RER but also close enough to many attractions to walk. My room which had a view of the courtyard, was small but quite adequate and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English. Access to the only internet terminal in the hotel was expensive - E9 for 30 minutes. |

Very close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, etc. Had a sufficient shower. Continued from below of what we didn't like about the hotel: There were hairs in the sheets from the day we got there and we had room service come 4 times out of 7 nights. I don't think the sheets were changed as there were always hair in them. They do not use "Do not Disturb" signs on the doors. One of the times we requested no service but they still went in the room - they did apologize. The maid also moved all of our personal toiletries in the bathroom, including taking my toothbrush out of the holder, which highly upset me for hygienic purposes. It rained one day during our stay and the hotel had no umbrellas to lend us so we had to purchase our own. I understand that this is not an American hotel or what we are used to, but certain amenities were not available that would have made the stay more enjoyable. The room we requested was the two twin bed arrangement which was actually larger than the double bed. The room was right next to the stairs and the walls were very thin so every noise was very apparent. Even with my ear plugs, I could hear people talking and stomping up and down the stairs. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board every single day because the hotel guests share the same iron and board! They make you surrender your room key whenever you leave. The room was set at a very cold temperature and if you moved it down one degree it would shut off and then get hot. |

We loved the location...two minutes from the metro....right next to the Louvre...walking distance to the Orsay....hotel is located between the Seine River and Rue de Rivoli...shopping and many cafes nearby....We did a big red bus tour and it's stop is only a three minute walk....Staff extremely helpful...we brought our own laptop and had free wifi..one computer in lobby...lots of travel books to read in the lobby...called for an iron and it was delivered on the lift in 5 minutes....I'd bring my own hair dryer next time. The one in the room is not very powerful...I had some questions before our stay and emailed Norbert who answered me promptly and gave me transportation options, etc. We would definitely go back. |

All of the staff were very helpful, very friendly and showed no issue with my limited French (though I was a little embarressed about it). The rooms were clean and comfortable and had a tounch of quality and luxury about them. The location was was fantastic. There was nothing I did not like. As normal in hotels in Europe I would have loved a cup of tea when I got to my room, but there were no facilities to make one..ie kettle, tea bags, sugar, milk, a mug and spoon, as in Aussie and NZ. As a suggestion, maybe having access, or vouchers, to a free tea/coffee or 2 in the dining room or a cafe nearby, would be a compromise, or would add an elagant touch to the hotel. |

Cute little place wonderfully located right by the Louvre and bus transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very brightly decorated but perfect for what you would expect in Paris. European elevators in general are much to be desired. You can barely fit 2 people in them. Did not like that we had to leave the room key with attendant each time we left although it was very easy to retrieve upon our return. |

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the river Seine and the Louvres Museum. In the evening the door is locked, you don't have a key or pass to get in. You have to ring a bell and wait few minutes until someone comes to open the door. There are some homeless persons sleeping across the hotel by the church. It doesn't make you feel safe. |

The location and the comfort of the bed. The room was so small I could hardly turn around. It was really unacceptable for another stay. The shower was so small I could hardly get in and close the door. I should have been warned about this room before I got there, so I could have made a decision about whether to stay or not. |

The staff at the Relais Du Louvre is very friendly and helpful. There's always someone at the desk and they are always ready to answer questions, make reservations and do anything that could make your stay more enjoyable . Also the location is superb. It is right behind the the Louvre and within short walking distances to many other sites such as Notre Dame, the Latin Quarters, the Tuilieres Gardens, L'Orangerie, etc. A metro stop is within 5 minutes of the hotel. |

Läget var helt perfekt, nära bl a metro. Bodde mot liten innergård, högst upp, helt ljudlöst - perfekt. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Charmig "reception" och rummen härligt gammeldags. Trång hiss. |
