I have stayed in many European hotels and this is the nicest, tiniest room I have ever stayed in! Do not bring large pieces of luggage as there is no room to keep them. After the initial shock at the room size, we adjusted quickly to our tiny, perfect quarters. A super location, right across from the subway, and 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. We could see the top of the tower from our room. You have many restaurants close by and a grocery store just a few steps down the street. 25 minutes from Versailles by public transit and easy to get around to all the tourist spots once you master the map system.Seems confusing at first, but there are information booths with English speaking staff in most stations.

Location of the hotel is great, and the staff very helpful. Rooms are small but that is Paris, unless you have loads of money to spend.

I like its location and the fact that it is priced reasonably well. The train station was just outside of the hotel doors, making it convenient to move around.

The room was very cramp. But it was very comfortable too. Understandable as it is located in town area.

The room was too small - we have never had such a small room before. We couldn’t even open our suitcase unless it was on the bed. Breakfast was very expensive. This is the first time we don’t have breakfast on the hotel we are staying.

It was near everything ... really the location was excellent... And 2 meters only from the metro station where you can travel everywhere ... 2 blocks to the Eiffel tower ... 3 stops to the louver ... nice street were everything is in reach... Restaurants, supermarkets... Gift shops... Etc.

Its only that there was no door for the bathroom.. It was a sliding door ... hahaha

The proximity to the Metro and Seine. It was also small and quiet. It wasn't overwhelming like a large hote.

Rooms are small but that isn't unusual for Paris

I loved the location, directly across the road from a metro station & round the corner from the eiffel tower. The room was exceptionally comfortable & spacious & bathroom was lovely too

The only little grumble was that signs were up in the bathroom asking you to reuse towels but if you wanted them replaced, the put them in the bath. Despite wanting to reuse the towels, we received a full set of fresh towels every day

Location was amazing, only three min walk from the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable room, bed, clean, modern, very relaxed atmosphere. The reception area is stylish, staff are helpful and friendly. Metro station straight across the street, staff in hotel told us what one to take to start off, then we figured it out from there ourselves, everything is very accessible from the hotel. There is cafe's and creperies right beside the hotel.

Didn't go for the breakfast option with the hotel as we felt it was very expensive.

Staff was really nice, location is perfect to walk everywhere.

Fantastic location just beside the subway station. Near to Eiffel Tower.

Room is too small. Sound prove of the room is terrible. You can hear noise from next door and outside your room!

The staff were friendly. Train station was across the road. Very close to everything. And the beds very so comfortable

Rooms were a little small but adequate for a short city break.

Helpful advice and friendliness of all staff. A comfortable room with all the facilities we needed. The very close proximity to the metro was helpful for getting around the city.

We'd happily stay again but would ask for a room that doesn't overlook the metro.

Our room was next to the stair case and laundry chute which was sometimes noisy.
