I think they had a renovation so was clean also the bathroom... the staff was not very kind, we did ask him abt how we could go to the airport and he did lie to us, also the breakfast was very very poor~~ |

We awoke to a flooded room -- carpet and our luggage soaked. Staff was not forthcoming with details (pipe burst, other guest overflowing toilet or shower?). They offered nothing in compensation for having to slosh around to get ready, or for our soaked and ruined books and magazines. Just said it was "not their fault". |

The location is good. Close to the Gare de Lyon station. The water pressure for the shower is good. I like the breakfast. The hotel room is too small, the corridor is too narrow. Very difficult to carry my luggage. |

Convenient location & friendly staff Toilet seat was broken & quite dangerous. The room should not have been let out in this condition. There was no shower curtain & just turning the shower on was enough to wet the whole bathroom. Rooms were very unsoundproof. |

Overall, acceptable as staff were generally friendly. The room was in desperate need of redecoration and was shabby. Shame really as everything else was fine. Lacked internet access which I feel needs addressing!! |

It was convenient to Gare de Lyon No internet access in the hotel. The room was dark - even with the lights turned on. Very difficult to work there. Also there was alot of noise from the corridor, from upstairs rooms and from outside despite the room being at back of hotel |

The bathroom was clean and new. But the curtain could not hold the water in the shower: the result was that there was water all over the bathroom floor. Very good location. No internet connection of any kind, small tiny room (I could not even walk around the bed) dark red oppressive carpet, the same color of the red bed cover. Breakfast takes place in a small room in the basement. (no windows) The window in the bathroom has no handle. |
