We are a family of two adults and three children. We stayed in an excellent sized quadrupule room which was actually a two-bedroom suite. Also, they were happy for our 5-year-old to sleep on a ready-bed that we brought with us, no extra cost. We were able to check in early and then after checkout they looked after our bagggage until our late train. The hotel is very close to the train stations (Nord/Est) but in a quiet side street. The continental breakfast buffet is excellent. All the hotel staff were excellent - very polite, helpful and had good English. It was a great wee hotel - everything we needed and good value. By the way, we didn't care about the small lift - stairs work fine :) |

The hotel was handy for the Gare du Nord and had easy access to centre of city.by bus. Good bathrooms, Decoration of rooms ok and rooms were clean. The tiny lift is a disadvantage |

Free wifi but only able to get connected at a certain spot in the room. Didn't give me a good impresion of the hospitality services I would expect from a hotel the moment I check in. Hotel name is not even the same as stated. No porter service and everything you have to do it yourself. |

The entire hotel was too small! Room, halfways, and lift was too small. Rooms were small and the walls were too thin. |

Close to buses, rail, metro, etc. It would have been nice if it was all inclusive (i.e. breakfast, shuttle from airport to hotel, etc.) |

I find the hotel okay. It is really value for money. The hotel still has its old name mentioned every where, which is pretty awkward and makes difficult to find the hotel. Some of the stuffs are not quite friendly, in my opinion, with non-French speaking people like us. |

It had free wi-fi. The lift can only hold 2 people so no good for family. The breakfast was not worth the extra money, plus the our first breakfast was greeted with milk that was off. They need to change the carpets as our quadruple room's carpets had loads of stains. |

I don’t like this hotel. I never will stay in this hotel in the future. Main observations: Hotel is located near the station. Region is very dangerous. A lot of homeless people. The personnel steals in the hotel. Cell phone had been stolen in our friends, who stopped in the nearby room. Theft occurred from the room during the breakfast (15-30 minutes), number was closed with electronic key. |

Room was a good size for 3 and freshly decorated and well cleaned each day. Breakfast was more than adequate. Airconditioning work well. It was in a very good location for seeing the sites of Paris being close to several metro stations and the Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. There was a small convenience store next door and plenty of eating places nearby - we used the Picolo Italia twice - good food at reasonable prices. It was a bit more expensive than many other hotels but was of a good standard. |

It was cheap and it was Air Conditioned (Paris was hot and humid during my stay). Also the room was fully equipped with freee WiFi, soap, shampoo, etc. The location was not great. It was not in one of Paris' nicer neighborhoods and it wasn't that easy to find from the train station (being on a very small side street). Also you need to read the signs carefully as they charge extra for the in room coffee if you use it. |

The position of the hotel is very good. The metro station, superstores are very close. Actually I did'nt like quite a few things.1)Hotel staffs are not communicative and helpful at all.2)They seem to be completely indifferent about comfort of the customer3)I personally wanted to change the room which was alloted to me as it was terribly stuffy and in my duration of stay(5 nights)nobody absolutely cared to talk to me----This is not value for money for sure. |
