Score from 275 reviews Very good
Located in the 9th district of Paris, just a 15-minute walk from the Montmartre area, Helussi Hôtel offers a free sauna, 24-hour reception and luggage storage.
Score from 270 reviews Wonderful
The young staff were very positive, interactive and helpful. Excellent location with access on foot to both North and East stations.
Space in room (on 6th floor) a bit tight. linkage of light switches to individual lights was complicated.
I was a flight attendant for 24 years & I am used at staying at 5 stars hotels. When I chose Mademoiselle hotel, it was based on customers reviews. But when I got there, I was impressed about everything: friendly staff, cleanness, room size, location, etc For me this is not a 4 stars, it's more as the 5 stars hotels I was staying at in Paris were the real 3 & 4 stars. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent Accomodation in Paris.
There was no fridge in the room.
Staff. Comfort of the hotel. Very close to Gare du Nord.
Gare du Nord is very close but that's the bad part as we got mugged while walking towards the hotel after dinner at 9:30pm with wife n daughter - so choose Main Street to reach hotel
The Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Within minutes you felt apart of an extend family. The service although a small hotel could match any of the more pricer establishments. My trip was for business and Gare Du Nord was a 5 minute walk away which was very handy after a 2 hour train ride from London. I am planning to go back with my wife for a long weekend soon. Service excellent 5 minute walk from Gare Du Nord
The room tempeture was not functioning and I found the room very warm. Because i had a room with a balcony i slept with the door open.
Friendly and Helpful Staff, Strategic Location, near Halal food restarants
The walkway to the rooms are really narrow even for us Asians.
Very nice contemporary rooms, comfortable beds, close to the gare du nord for eurostar access. When we had an issue with the room the hotel staff happily moved us to another.
Shower leaked a bit.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful and all spoke English which was a big help. The room was comfortable, clean and as we were at the rear of the hotel, quiet. We paid €175 for our double room which would have been good value but we were upgraded to a junior suite which was even better. However, we observed that the normal price of the room we were given was €450 which would NOT have been value for money.
Location near to station for transfer
Affordable hotel with great location and nice rooms. The beds were actually super comfortable, soft bedding, etc.
I paid for the deluxe room but couldn't really tell the difference between the deluxe and the standard room .
GREAT LOCATION TO COMMUTE THRU PARIS. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL. OFFERED FREE COFFEE AND TEA ALLDAY. FREE BOTTLED WATER IN THE ROOM. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.
DID NOT TRAVEL WITH A COMPUTER. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE A COMPUTER THAT WORKED ON HAND. MORE ENGLISH TV CHANNELS OR CONVERT THE LANGUAGE.
Charming hotel Helpful staff Clean rooms, comfortable beds Convenient location close to transport Healthy and tasty breakfast
No fridge in room but the plus is it's more quiet...no buzzing fridge noise.
Near Gare du Nord Very clean Outstanding breakfast Helpful front desk
A little hard to find for one not familiar with Paris
Very comfortable, clean & quiet rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Really convenient for a late night arrival at Gare du Nord. If you're happy to walk then Sacre Coeur, the Opera, etc etc are an easy walk - safe in the knowledge there's an underground train to bring you back.
lovely décor, intelligent and friendly staff. Comfy beds and lovely sheets and duvets. Breakfast the next day had freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice - what a treat!
the bathroom door didn't open properly
close to Gare du Nord; staff, sitting areas that can be used before or after checkin/out.
rooms are small but that is normal in Paris.
Everything about the Hotel itself- clean, modern, quiet, good service, good location for train connections North and East. Brilliant sleeping experience.
Remote from key attractions in Paris and quite pricy. Felt a little bit wary walking the neighbourhood - lots of signs of rough elements hanging around the station area.
Location to Gard de Nord was brilliant. Breakfast was super generous.
Close to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est (about 5 minutes walk) for arrival at L'Est and departure for CDG airport from Nord. The room was clean, compact, and adequate (a squeeze with two large cases) while the ensuite was tight but manageable. For Paris and something reasonably central to main train stations this hotel was good value. It is a comfortable walk (about 20 mins) to the Montremartre area and Sacre Coeur church and about 25 / 30 mins walk to Galeries Lafayette. There are several restaurants nearby - a mixture, and one pricier restaurant next door (opens a bit later).
Female receptionist was a little haughty whereas the two males on in the evening were very helpful. You have to hand in the card key to the room each time you go out of the hotel. Our room had bath towels only for one person instead of two - we had to ask for one.
Near Gare du Nord station
Unhelpful reception staff Air condition turned off Tiny rooms and bathrooms
What a gem! Unexpected given the area around the station. This part of Paris is noisy, busy and doesn't feel entirely safe. But the hotel is on a street with other ssmall hotels and feels miles away from the hustle. Our room faced into the courtyard. We had a lot of windows that looked down into the courtyard and it was completely quiet. Gorgeous big room. We decided to get some snacks for dinner after a big lunch and the staff graciously allowed us to eat in the courtyard - candles, music, our own private garden. A Find!
The area is a bit dicey. Don't think I'd stay here if I was a single female.
nothing was good only the receptionist was good
every thing was bad only the receptionist was good
Very quiet room , nice bed and very clean and new bathroom
The room on the top floor has to walk up the stair, no elevator
breakfast is good WiFi service is good
i did not like at all , and i will never come back because there is no minibar in the room
Great location...within walking distance of the train station, excellent restaurant next door with numerous others just down the street, fresh market in the same block, and espresso and croissants just around the corner.
