Big beds and good heating, friendly staff , near to metro station and city center.

The WI FI connection was poor

The staff are very friendly, they can communicate well in english. The hotel in general is clean and the room was very cozy.

The wifi that day is not working.

We stayed here earlier this year. This time round the hotel has been refurbished to a very good standard with tastefully decorated rooms and efficient showers. A very good location for Eurostar travellers and many major attractions are within easy reach.

Location: just near by the gare du Nord

Small room, very old furniture curtains- floor. Old thin blanket and unconfortable bed. Noisy Value: not more than 75€

I liked my stay and would recommend it. However I cannot accept your strict cancellation fee so will not stay again and will not recommend your hotel.

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. However as a retired airline employee travelling on space available passes, your cancellation policy makes it a very bad choise for myself and others airline employees travelling in those circumstances. ifA recent trip to Paris proved very

Elevator small Room not large

Good location near Gare du Nord. Recently renovated, stylish rooms rooms but they are very small. Quiet hotel.

The neighborhood is not pleasant.

The staff were excellent. The room was also good, clean & roomy enough for us & our luggage. Hotel is a great location for access to Gare du Nord.

Third bed skimpy / uncomfortable

it was in a very good location, next to (gare du nord) so that made it very accecible to me. the breakfasts served were very very scrumptious! the staff were lovely and were very happy to hep always which was surprising.

the tea and coffee making facilities in he rooms were atrocious. i do not aprove of half size plastic cups at all! they should also provide more tea bags and sugar sachets, spoons and an extra room key.

Quiet location but central. Easy access to Paris sites. Good value.

Room very dirty, location terrible although close to Gard Du Nord it is not easy to find and in a very inappropriate area. Quite scary. Never no there again.

The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful with places to eat, where to do laundry, etc. The room was air conditioned, had lovely clean beds, and was a great place to spend the night. I would definitely go there again.

Proximity to two rail centres, Gare du nord and Gare d'lest for some TGVs and Eurostar to London

Good location, close to Gare du Nord and metro. Breakfast was sober and limited but I enjoyed it nonetheless. We reserved early (6 months ahead), and for 3 nights+breakfast we paid €285, which is quite reasonable in Paris for July, I guess.

Room (408) was very small, and the carpet had some stains on it. Bathroom same story, almost no place to sit on the toilet, and a tiny bath. Also, they were busy working on 5th and 6th floor (more rooms) and with only one elevator (for max 2 persons and a bag), and several working men and other guests using it, it's hardly adequate. But if you're only there to spend your nights, leaving early in the morning and coming back late in the evening, and you're not too sensitive for these minor disadvantages, this is a good budget/quality hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.

Locatio, staff and friendly.

I have been going there for about 10 years. I think the state of the bedspreads is going down - they are looking a bit stained. I am sure they are cleaned regularly, but it makes me feel uncomfortable. Could they replace them all - not to expensive and would make a diffrence. I have sent 2 friends to teh hotel and they have also told me.

Finding a reasonably-priced accomodations for a family is difficult. The room we stayed in had 2 decent-sized rooms that made it very comfortable for our family of 4. The air-conditioning was definitely nice as it was muggy during our stay in Paris. The front desk people were very nice and helpful

I got a lot more for my money for breakfast by walking about 100 yards down the street to a bakery that was delicious, rather than the breakfast that was served in the hotel for 6 euro per person

It had a descent breakfast.

Desk person told us they would get us Taxi the last day for $50-They got a Mr. Huang who drove horribly, kept looking at directions of how to get to airport in his Iphone, kept looking at his emails and charged us $90- The room, a 2 bedroom, was dark and small- we were 4 uncomfortable people. The cover in my bed had bed bugs.

Quite comfortable for a budget-type hotel in Paris. Front office staff were very cooperative and helpful. If visiting Paris again would not hesitate to book again.

Friendly helpful staff

Price was a bit high for what and where it is... There was not much availability though as this is a very busy season. Breakfast is a great deal paying in advance for 6 euros

The hotel was reasonably priced in a good transport location for Gare Du Nord. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a quiet street off the main road.

The tea, milk and coffee were meagre. The small plastic cups were not nice. The hotel a little difficult to find at first and had a different, hard to see name on the front of the hotel.

Good location! The staff was very helpfull and spoke English. It was close to the train station (Gare Du Nord).

The only thing I could say was the size of the lift, which could only fit 2 people at time. This is not a deal breaker but when you're traveling in a group of 8 people with loads of luggage, it can delay you a bit.

The room was good, not flashy, but ok and a reasonable size. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good and the location to both major rail stations and Metro is great. We stayed twice, a month apart and would recommend.
