Leaving !!!! One of our friend wanted to have a swim and was told that he had to payanother 30 euros to have a swim. We were shown to our room which had obviously been used by a smoker and had a half finished can of coke on the table. When we complained about the smell of cigarettesmoke on our room we were informed it was a non smokinghotel and a member of staff would air the room, itstill smelled of smoke |

The staff in the gastronomie restaurant were extremely friendly and the food was excellent. Highly recommend eating here and not in their other restaurant, La Brasserie. The rooms could be decorated in a different manner. Our room was quite 'old fashioned' considering the price of the room. |

Good position in the middle of the Gironde wine-growing area. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare- too many guests wanting to be served at the same time. |

Comfortable rooms in a very relaxing atmosphere. I was not aware that the hotel restaurant required advance reservations and as a result could not eat at the hotel for 2 days. |

The setting - quiet and no traffic. Thought the rooms were a bit dull and in need of a makeover. However, they were comfortable. |

We did not appreciate the fact that we had booked into a Spa hotel for 3 nights and the first time they could fit us in for a massage etc was on the day we were leaving. We were also only offered an evening dinner table at the golf club restaurant and not at the main restaurant, which is the one we had breakfast in and enjoyed more than the other. |

le spa,buffet petit déjeuner mais pourrait être servi jusqu'a 11 h le dimanche les soins, piscine bien un peu petite chambre sans vue (109) télévision hyper petite, pas de chaine internationale ni canal+ baignoire trop petite, toilettes dans la salle de bains mais comme un placard avec vitre pas trop de place pour les jambes !!!! dommage ils ont fait un grand lit avec2 petits donc c'était un week end avec mon chéri donc pas top le lit qui s'écarte donc en amoureux bof c'est pas top et puis des rideaux oui mais qui ne fermait pas jusqu'au bout donc le jour à 6h du matin alors que je rêvais de me reposer le matin donc difficile d'avoir le noir complet |

Le lieu géographique, l'hotel. Relais Margaux - golf & spa : très mauvaise surprise lorsque on nous a indiqué que "l'accès au spa n'est pas compris ds votre forfait". J'ai du payer 60 euros pour 2 en +.....alors que le choix de cet hotel avait été fait en fonction, justement de son équipement. Ce point, de non inclusion du spa ds le forfait, n'était pas mentionné dans la résa ni ds les infos transmises ! tres mauvaise surprise |
