I liked the size of the room and its tea making facility. I was very disappointed to learn that I had to pay 30 euros each time I wished to use the gym facility.(When I am staying in a hotel, I expect to be able to have free use of the fitness room.) Only the Brasserie restaurant was open (the gastronomic 'L'Isle Vincent' was closed for winter) and my husband and I were the only guests for most of our meal. (One other couple arrived as we were leaving.) Despite this, service was poor(we were left sitting at our table for too long after arrival so I had to go and ask for drinks and for our order to be taken!) The meal was very disappointing...overcooked expensive escalope de foie gras starter and equally overcooked red mullet fillets! I also found the reception unforthcoming and unhelpful. |

The hotel complex is located among vast vineyards of Margaux, 2kms from Margaux village itself. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, spa is very relaxing and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful |

I really cannot think of anything in particular that I liked the bedroom was sparsley furnished (Room 500) The meal in the Bistro was terrible.The bill for one night was extremely expensive. The onlyplus point was that it was close to Paulliac for the start of the Marathon de Medoc. All written above |

The rooms are old and dated.My room had a broen shower,badly chipped handbasin,light globes missing.The bedcover and curtains were old and faded.The sofa was old and dirty.The carpet stained.The rooms in this hotel need serios uprgrading to reach 4 star status.The tennis court has a broken net,wire mesh falling down and the court and net covered in moss-poorlymaintained.The receptionist tried to put us in a room with two small single beds after we clearly booked a double room.Staff would benefiot from re-training. |

la situation est parfaite pour visiter le Medoc.Le potentiel pour des séminaires est excellent.Le Spa semble très agréable et en tous cas très bien équipé. L'accueil est inexistant. Le personnel n'est pas motivé. La propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. |

La beaute du site - Le modernisme du sitevu le nom, je pensais arriver dans une bâtisse ancienne , or, l'hôtel est assez moderneje n'ai pas pu utiliser le spa car je suis accompagnée de mon fils de 7 ans - cependant j'aurais apprécié de pouvoir utiliser au moins la piscine couverte |

Le cadre / Le restaurant "la brasserie" / Bon rapport qualité/Prix via booking. (Trop cher si nous avions réservé directement) Les toilettes ne sont pas réellement séparés (dans la salle de bain). Le personnel du petit-déjeuner peu accueillant et rapport qualité/Prix moyen pour le petit-déjeuner. |

l'extrème gentillesse du personnel, le cadre propice à la détente, l'environnement calme et apaisant l'exiguité de la salle de bain, l'espèce de placard dans lequel se situait les wc, il fallait laisser les portes ouvertes et elles se cognaient dans la porte d'entrée de la dite s d b. Indigne d'un 4 étoiles! Regretté aussi l'absence de connection wifi en libre usage. |
