Location was excellent especially for connection to the Gare du Nord for Eurostar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean.

The surrounding area was great.. Places were easy to get to.. Hotel room was beautiful, staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful.. Even helped plan out our day with maps and metro lines.. Breakfast was lovely a great start to the day! Would love to visit again :d

Noisy throughout the night from the Main Street below room but think most rooms look over side street which might be a lot quieter, small rooms but everything you need.

Hotel was 'funky'. Room was large by Paris standards. Good WiFi. Located near good/popular cafes and restaurants.

Concierge was not as helpful as expected. They advertised various tours and activities, but were reluctant to assist booking them and did not seem to know anything about them. The neighbourhood was a bit gritty, and at night the street seemed to be a favourite haunt of the homeless - but did not feel unsafe at all.

We liked the neighborhood the hotel was in. Parking was well arranged and for Paris fairly priced. Staff was ok and helpful.

The laundry bags were during the day in the corridors, so it looked a bit messy.

Its location was ideal for the purpose of my trip as was quite central and close to all the attractions i wanted to visit. Good value for money - very clean. Quite small rooms but I believe this is typical of all Paris hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very fashionable and trendy.

A wonderful friendly helpful staff almost without exception, and rooms that were actually quite nice indeed- all to an extent that is rare in Paris especially for the price.

Close to a street that can have loud partiers very late on Friday and Saturday nights

The hotel was in a great location only a couple of minutes walk from Bastille metro (quite a major hub) and in amongst a great range of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops with two metro size supermarkets within 1 or 2 minutes walk. A really buzzy area and also within close walking distance of Rue de Rivoli from where you can walk to all the major attractions (if you haven't already jumped on the metro) or shop & look around in the Marais. Our bed was very comfortable too and the decor is modern and stylish. Also a fabulous shower with great water pressure.

We booked the smallest & cheapest double room and as expected it was tiny and basic - no fridge or coffee/tea making facilities which we would have used were they there. But we knew this when we booked so it's not a complaint.

No way to get ice for my beverages, room view was poor, church bells were loud

friendly staff, clean room, hotel is situated not right in the center, but very close to two metro stations, you can get to the center in 15 minutes. the district is full of nice and cosy restaurants and cafes.

I would recommend not to pay 15 euros to eat breakfast in the hotel

The shower in a room 203 didn't work properly. Rue de la Roquette (near which the hotel is located) is very unpleasant.

l'accueil chaleureux, la propreté de la chambre, le décoration, le calme.

C'était mon 3e séjour dans cet hôtel. Une bonne adresse à Paris à recommander les yeux fermés. Les chambres qui donnent sur l'arrière sont très calmes. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Jolie déco.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, proche de la gare de Lyon; du métro. Beaucoup de restaurants et de bars à proximité; petits déjeuners copieux à disposition.

La chambre est mal insonorisée, nous entendons les bruits dans le couloir.

La posizione è comodissima per visitare la città ed è a due passi dalla Metro Bastille. Proprio a fianco dell'hotel c'è un gradevole bistrot dove è possibile fare una bella colazione. La stanza (eravamo in 2) nonostante le dimensioni è ben arredata, nuova e pulita. Servizi e pulizie complete. Hotel perfetto per un weekend parigino!!

Le camere sono davvero minuscole. Il bagno premia l'originalità ma non la comodità (per assumere la corretta posizione di fronte al lavandino bisognerebbe sfogliare un manuale di istruzioni). Ovviamente, bidet non pervenuto. La Wi-Fi non sono mai riuscito ad utilizzarla in 3 giorni per limite massimo di clienti collegati.

Location molto centrale e vicinissima alla metro Bastille, area con molti ristoranti e locali, ottima pulizia, arredo delle camere di buon gusto
