The staff was helpful. The hotel itself looked very new and had a nice design of interior. The buffet breakfast was very good. |

Staff were helpful and courteous There was significant noise (bathroom fan ?) that carried on all night which made sleeping difficult. The hotel stated they did not have another room and refused to take something off the bill (saying there was no significant noise). However, I have stayed in hotels all over the world and not experienced noise such as this (normally fans switch of with the light or have a separate switch or switch off at night. The room was also shabby (605). |

Friendly staff, good location for the metro, nice breakfast included in price. Found the room a little muggy (needed a good airing) but generally clean. |

The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast selection was good and the nearest tube was only 20m away. The hotel was good value for money The rooms could do with being aired. |

Breakfast very good. Room a good size with a good size safe and fridge. Location to Metro is very good. Flat screen TV and very comfortable bed. |

I liked the quiet and relaxed atmosphere. You really can relax after a busy day in Paris. The rooms are very quiet and the breakfast is very good, indeed. |

We were impressed by the wonderful treatment of the stuff, they are very pleasant, friendly and ready to help and explain. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. In the lobby always was the free place near computer. The hotel location is near 2 metro stations and not far from the centre of the city. |

Good hotel with central location, very nice staff. Breakfast OK, though the breakfast room a little bit sad to stay in for a longer time. Bed was to hard to sleep. |

the hotel was very close to the metro and central paris. the buffet breakfast each day was also really good and the general atmosphere was comfortable and informal. the rooms are very small and there was building work going on each morning right outside our window. most of the tv channels did'nt work. |

Convenient location in the 10th arr. with good access to Republique Metro and Gare du Nord. Basic continental breakfast was sufficient. Free wi-fi. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were small, but that is standard for a Parisian hotel I guess. The "premium" in Premium Double Room meant that the bed was wider than the standard double. But the bathroom only held a shower. You need to request a room with a bath. |

We had the standard double room: The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We were happy to have the free internet access to talk to loved ones. The room was really clean. Close my the north train station.The staff was really helpful with directions. Definitely recommend this hotel! bedsheets could have been better ie. softer. The tv could have had more than one english channel or at least english subtitles. Other than that, It was a great room |
