“The two Dutch owners of this hotel were exceptional. Attention to detail in both their hotel and the tasting menu were second to none. It is probably the best meal I have ever eaten and beautifully presented. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but it makes me realise the smaller the better! These two guys deserve to do well.”

The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. This is always a really important element for us. The rooms were lovely, very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom amenities were really nice. The hotel was quiet, relaxed and stress free. There was a lovely air of peace which is so nice when you are away. Big bouncy foam pillows that you couldn't rest your head on properly - horrible. Not a great selection at breakfast but what we had was excellent. It may be because we were not made aware of the full selection. We were given ham and cheese and breads and told we could have eggs any way that we wanted them but we were not aware of anything more which for the price was a little disappointing.

Beautifully restored building in the heart of medieval Mirepoix. Exquisitely prepared and presented menu degustation. Well adapted for handicapped visitors (our room had a huge walk/roll in shower); would have been perfect for my parents. Very welcoming staff and friendly for families and those traveling with a pet.

Excellent beautiful hotel. Extremely hospitable and very good service, beautiful old building, renovated with taste, combination of modern with classical. Clean, roomy facilities. Gives a good feeling. Pity we couldn't have dinner but if the breakfast was anything to go by, the dinner must have been excellent as well.

Un accueil chaleureux, un cadre enchanteresque, une chambre parfaite et irreprochable ( un grand plus pour le mini bar offert et les Nespresso en quantite) pour finir sur un vrai restaurant gastronomique, cet hotel change de la majorite des hotels de sa categorie completement aseptises. Endroit magnifique, hôtel tranquille,au milieu de la petite ville de Mirepoix qui a gardé tout son charme d'autrefois , très paisible, tout était parfait. Le décor a été réalisé avec beaucoup de goût, très pointilleux avec toutes les raffinesses de décoration pas trop mais assez pour se sentir bon, on a passé un bon moment de détente, merci

L'esprit et l'ambiance d'une vieille Maison de famille ont su être préservés, à travers l'aménagement et ce qui a été conservé, mais aussi et notamment grâce à l'équipe de l'hôtel, polyvalente et restreinte, attentive et désireuse de vous faire partager son propre attachement au lieu.

“Beautiful family run auberge in the countryside near Mirepoix with gorgeous views towards the Pyrenees of France, Spain and Andorra from the front and a little lake to the back. Very peacefull.The owners are very friendly and helpfull and will do all they can to make your stay enjoyable.We ate in during the 3 nights that we were there and the food was home cooked and very tasty with a good choice on the menu.
