Room size too small I made reservation for 4 and I think it is double room

Central location and a comfortable hotel.

Alarm going off during the night on our last night in the hotel. Little explanation given for our interrupted sleep.

Judging by the performance of the stuff, I can hardly relate this hotel to any hotel that cost more than 200 euros for a night.

We didn't like, they didn't change blanket 3 days! Need buy new towels ! It's not 5 stars hotel

Rate per night in this hotel is very expensive exaggerated!! Nuisance from the nightclub can be in the rooms !!

- Friendly staff - clean - very good location (close to metro, bus tour, champs élysées , Starbucks , ....etc)

- Lobby was always smelly (food smell)

Unfortunately didn't stay long enough to appreciate everything. The room was lovely, the bed extremely comfortable. The doorman especially very welcoming and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Didn't get his name but thank you to him.

The music in the bar in the evening by the dj. It was repetitive, loud and annoying, sorry. Would have been nice just to have a quiet drink with soft background music, but then we are an older couple, but not that old though!

The staff is very polite and friendly. Very good location.

The location was excellent. Not very far from the Arc De Tromphe or the the Champs de élysées and just a short taxi ride to one of the largest shopping centres in Paris.staff were very attentive and met our every request. Would recommend to everyone

The staff at this hotel are extremely professional and no detail was overlooked (the champagne that I had requested was chilling nicely as my wife and entered the the room) they should be commended for the obvious pride the take in thier job. The rooms was very clean and offered views of both the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Due to the quiet room and comfort,my wife and I overslept and missed breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, However,the staff again were very helpful and recommeded a cafe close by which was great. Will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Paris, well deserved 5 stars.

They did not provide toothpaste/toothbrush on arrival. Even though we paid for a room with a nice view and asked for a room on a high floor, they put us on the 3rd floor with a view to the next building.

Loved the location of this hotel. The staff was excellent, especially Cedric, the concierge, was so helpful and so upbeat... The room was a nice size and the bathroom was fine... Nice bed too.

The was a fragrance in the room (cleaning liquid? Spray?) that was annoying and although I mentioned it to the front desk, there was no explanation or follow-up.. Ditto for the overhead shower, which was clogged. Also would have liked the internet to have been included in the price.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so welcoming to the children. We cannot fault it.

The price for breakfast like in all city hotels was too expensive but there were lots of places to eat close by.

The beds were of a reasonable size and comfortable, the rooms are a good size and comfortable.

This may sound trivial but to anyone over 30 yrs old you will understand, there is no mirror in the bedroom at which you can put your make up on or dry your hair, the bathroom is dimly lit so you can't see what you are doing.There are on two sizes of towel, hand or bath, totally hopeless if you have long hair which you need to wrap in a towel. Please provide less infusions and more English tea bags and cups of the same size with fresh milk...you are supposed to be 5 star! The shower pressure was very weak in our room.

The hotel is at good location and with good service of staffs.

Compare to the room rate of a 5 star hotel, the hotel is with nothing special, room is with normal size and decoration. When I booked it, I was informed there will be welcome champagne for us, but there was nothing till I left.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, close to the Arc and central. Staff were friendly and gifts were brought up daily.

High cost.

The Hotel was very nice, the staff was excellent. We had a lovely time in Paris. Stopped on our way back to the USA from Cyprus for a few days. We had two connecting rooms, they were clean, roomy and comfortable. Everyone was helpful and very nice. We look forward to a future visit.

The location was superb, just a short walk away from a metro station and the Champs Elysees. The trip was a surprise for my partner and we were both surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a sky-view room free of charge!! The staff were excellent especially Jennifer (receptionist), Hermann and Hynek (porters) who were very helpful and thoughtful. The food in the restaurant was excellent especially the chocolate fondant - definitely worth a try! The hotel was really quiet especially at night and we both slept very well. Overall, this hotel was superb and we would definitely return and recommend.

To be honest, I am really struggling to think of anything negative about this hotel.

Very modern and good location with convenience to public transport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean family room.

Price... Although reasonable for a 5 star hotel, which is centrally located in Paris...
