This designer hotel is in the center of Paris, just a 10-minute walk from the Louvre. It features an indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness and spa center. The location is great, all main attractions are nearby.The hotel staff is very welcoming (Judieth, esp) The room was small, but clean. There are no hooks for towels to put after taking a shower. There is no need to have breakfast at the hotel (29 euro), as you can go to other places around and enjoy the food and the surroundings. Angelina is 5 min walk, where Coco Chanel used to have a cup of hot chocolate. All in all we loved the hotel. Pinxo (the restaurant) was closed for a holiday in august. No hooks for towels in the room.

Monsieur Edgard Basin et son personnel nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux! L' atmosphère feutrée et cosy de l'hôtel. Le service en chambre, l'équipement etc.... Petit problème de climatisation...

Les masseuses sont excellentes et la situation géographique. Je n'ai pas aimé le lit trop mou qui m'a fait un mal de dos. Je n'ai pas aimé les portes qui claquent... Et je n'ai pas aimé la dénomination spa. Ce n'est pas un spa c'est une simple piscine avec une eau froide, et 5 transats devant... Pas siège pour attendre lorsque l'on vous fait patienter pour votre massage, pas de thé, ... Il y a des hotels 5 étoiles avec plus de confort et de loisirs pour le même prix. Je n'ai pas aimé non plus la ridicule salle de sport et encore moins la panne de l'eau chaude le matin, pas de douche !!! Le petit déjeuner est moyen et très peu varié.

popravdě nic vysoká cena při velmi průměrných službách,na pětihvězdičkový hotel chabý servis, špatná kvalita snídaní - nebyly tak typické bagety a croissanty.Problémy při placení - platil jsem den předem a díkybohu za to,platbu zkazili,musela se ověřovat přes moji banku,byla s tím spousta problémů.Nechápu hodnocení,které tento hotel má - tj.pět hvězd a oblíbenost přes 8,0

L'emplacement. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a d'abord placé dans une chambre exiguë (306), avec un rideau qui tombait en lambeaux. Après avoir signalé le problème, le personnel m'a déplacé dans une chambre plus grande mais où les rideaux étaient dans le même état. Le réveil a sonné pour les 2 jours à 0600 du matin: un we! Les chambres donnent,côté rue, sur un bar où des personnes éméchées font du bruit jusqu'à 2 heures du matin.Tout ceci est indigne d'un hotel 5 étoiles...

Très bon accueil, piscine accessible jusque 23h, chambre bien insonorisée Telecommande bloquée, piles defectueuses et c'est normal. Le suivant n'aura pas le même problème

Perfecte service. Bekwaam en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer heeft geen wow-effect. Dit is een internationale overal herkenbare kamer. Niets op aan te merken.

Personnel irreprochable. Chambre propre et design. Salle de sports, spa et piscine ultra modernes et calmes. Manque d'éclairage dans la chambre (aucune lumière au plafond...) Quelques nuisances sonores la nuit (bruit de portières de voitures...), les fenetres mériteraient un double ou triple vitrage.

We loved the location that allowed us to walk to all the main points of the main part of old Paris including the Eiffel Tower (45-50 minute walk). The area is extremely safe. The shop owners and staffing all speak English and appreciate our failed attempts in French. The hotel is clean and up to the standards of any hotel in the same category in the States. The male receptionists are not that friendly and less willing to accommodate any requests. Go to the ladies, and definitely try to find Fatine. She will make your visit perfect.

Hôtel très bien situé , surclassement en chambre prestige et excellente qualité des massages au spa; La salle de bain trop petite , à ce prix il pourrait y avoir baignoire et douche séparées . Absence de miroir plein pied et nécessaire à thé ou café.
