“ I've been visiting Paris for the past 15 years, this is by far the best hotel that I've stayed at - large rooms, great location, excellent friendly staff (in particular Priscille and the ladies in reception). This designer hotel is in the center of Paris, just a 10-minute walk from the Louvre. It features an indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness and spa center. Nice Staff,good situation. Can't understand the comment regarding large room,we had 3 and they were all like broom cupbords!! No space to hang clothes and a bathroom for midgets.Wouldn,t stay there again.Definitely not a 5 star.

I've been visiting Paris for the past 15 years, this is by far the best hotel that I've stayed at - large rooms, great location, excellent friendly staff (in particular Priscille and the ladies in reception). Also provides a fine spa if you need an hour or so to relax after sightseeing or shopping. Needs to provide complimentary wifi and breakfast.

Nothing The location is excellent , the service was very bad the first night the heater was broken and I was not offered to change the room , the room is very dirty all hairs around the bath tab, the sink is all scrached ,I took some pictures I can e-mail it to you, it was the worse hotel I ever stayed ,

Situation géographique, propreté et confort, calme, la bouteille de vin offerte pour le soir. Piscine + Hammam + Sauna irréprochables quel délice de s'y relaxer jusqu'à tard le soir. Nous avions réservé une suite donc un salon séparé de la chambre mais le salon était dehors...en cour intérieure et pas vraiment "privatif", génial pour l'intimité ! Avec une porte fenêtre hors d'âge difficile à ouvrir et qu'il ne fallait de toute façon pas ouvrir, comme il était précisé dessus ! Le lendemain au moment de payer j'en ai bien fait la remarque mais ai essuyé une fin de non recevoir de la part d'un personnel trop affable pour être clean ! C'est une pratique assimilable à de l'escroquerie et cela a tout gâché. Pour le tarif penser aux robinets qui fuient, à la douche asthmatique, à l'absence de balais à wc, à l'entrée de la chambre (03) très mal commode et difficilement repérable. J'ai connu bien mieux, à Paris, avec une étoile en moins !

Bel hôtel mais... Mais cela ne vaut certainement pas 5 étoiles : salle de bain digne d'un 2 ou 3 étoiles maximum (baignoire petite, robinet défectueux, pas de crochets pour étendre serviettes...), très peu de chaines de télé (seulement 1.2.3.5.6) comme au moyen age, aucun service inclus (à savoir internet payant!)

Les chambres sont très petite !!! J'ai l'habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels de luxes parisiens et le rapport qualité prix est tout simplement honteux !!! Je n'y reviendrai pas !

Monsieur Edgard Basin et son personnel nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux! L' atmosphère feutrée et cosy de l'hôtel. Le service en chambre, l'équipement etc.... Petit problème de climatisation...

Personnel irreprochable. Chambre propre et design. Salle de sports, spa et piscine ultra modernes et calmes. Manque d'éclairage dans la chambre (aucune lumière au plafond...) Quelques nuisances sonores la nuit (bruit de portières de voitures...), les fenetres mériteraient un double ou triple vitrage.
