Location is great, friendly stuff. we didn't try their breakfast so no idea It all comes down to Value for money, we are a young couple, not spoiled at all but for 110 Euro a night with no breakfast we expected to get a more comfortable and modern room. the hotel is functional and the location and sunny days we got took it all to a smile rather than complain :) bottom line, with more time on our hand I think we could find a better one |

Good location of the hotel The room and toilet was not very clean - needs renovation. Breakfast is too expensive vs that what is offered - no buffet - all served at the table with very low variety (just croisants, jam, joghurt and tea/coffee). |

The hotel has an excellent location. Very close to the Montparnasse-Bienvenue metro station. The man working the front desk during the morning was very helpful, and spoke excellent english. The neighborhood felt safe, and there is a grocer just down the street, along with an Irish pub if you enjoy a beer for the evening. Other descriptions are correct. The rooms are small. Ours was smaller than some of the others. The Fullsize bed is only two twin beds pushed together, which by itself would have been somewhat annoying, but it was compounded by the beds firmness (they were hard as a slab of granite). |

Their staff are very helpful and frendly. After check out they still allow us to keep the luggage in the hotel.(luggage room) The rate are affordable and the location is strategic. |

my room was quiet needs a refurbishment, rooms and lobby. There was a client who knew the receptionist (the night watchman) standing in his pyjama and talking to him when I arrived at midnight to check in, I was wondering which kind of hotel I had chosen. |

It was close to the metro. Extremely cramped room. No closet space. No room for suitcases. Horrible decor. Bathroom is ugly. Shower is difficult to enter/exit. Exposed pipes. Open ceiling with visible hair-like insulation. |

Hotel is located at the latin district and fair close to several monuments. In addition it was clean. The first room they showed us had a broken door flexi-arm. The next room double bed was too small. The hotel was infront of a noisy bar. |
