Hôtel Renoir Saint-Germain  

The location of the hotel was very good. The bed was clean and comfortable.

I had previously stayed at the Renoir on several occasions and was disappointed that when I arrived I was told that we were to stay in another building further along the street. The hotel requires immediate renovation; the wash basin stand had a huge crack and it looked that it might give way. Breakfast was not included and I felt that it was very poor value for money. When we arrived the person on the desk was extremelty surly.

The staff was great, incredibly helpful.

Having booked a room for 3 people (assuming 3 adults and then 3 beds), we ended with a very small room with an additional bed that was not very solid and appropriate for an adult. The room is not big enough for 3 people and shouldn't be sold as such. Equipment (phone, bathroom, tv) is quite old.

The location

We got a mini room as a double, where you could not even put two suitcases, the bed was horrible to the extent that we felt pains every morning. It was not very clean and the price was incredibly high for what they offer - a quarter of that would have been fine. We really felt ripped off and staff could not even help to show the room. All in all a miserable experience - not recommendable despite the good location.

The location was excellent. Very close to restaurants & Metro stations. The area was very busy & we felt relatively safe when walking around the hotel area.

The reception staff were not friendly at all. Help was given very unwillingly. The photos used in your website to sell the hotel was totally different from the actual building. It is certainly not been renovated recently. I would suggest that you show the latest photos of the hotel bathroom & the building front shots. I was very disappointed with your company's lack of updating the information on your database. So, please send someone to check out this hotel as soon as possible & update your photos of the hotel on your website. This reflect poorly on your company as I (also under my husband's name, Han Ching Juan) have used your website each time we travelled. In future, we would be a little more careful in depending on your website photos.

Good location for traveling to/from Montparnasse station. Nice breakfast with friendly server.

Bed uncomfortable. Furniture not clean. No bulb in lamp, room safe not working. Man at desk pushy about using recommended airport shuttle service (seemed in cahoots with shuttle company) Room noisy if windows open due to active bar-scene on street below

The staff was gratious and helpful. The bathroom and shower were great by Paris standards and the staff accomodated us by making the twin beds into a queen which was also comfortable by Paris standards.

La chambre fut déplorable, beaucoup de choses hors normes, lavabo bouche, tableau décolle du mur et a terre, fiches de prise électrique décollée et hors norme. Taches sur la moquette, salle bain pas très propre et vieillotte. Un trou dans le mur qui montre tous les fils électriques... La chambre ne valait pas du tout le a payer malgré la faible ristourne faite.

Ce que j'ai apprécie c'est la situation de l'hôtel.

El valor que ofrecen como gangazo es el valor real que debe pagarse por las instalaciones del hotel. El Personal no da la informacion que requiere el turista, cuando la conocen, sobre los puntos de traslado de París al aeropuerto Beuvais en Buses, que tiene un costo por adulto de $15 euros, lo cual es totalmente menor en precio al que ellos insisten en que es el único medio de transporte para ir al aeropuerto por un valor de $130 euros, pidiendo como anticipo $30 euros para reservar, los cuales no son devueltos, aun así solicitando esta cancelación de reserva 15 minutos luego de haberla hecho, despues de enterarnos por otro huesped que existe este otro tipo de transporte con salidas cada 30 minutos.

Le prix de la chambre est bien au dessus de la prestation. L'intéret est sans doute dans la disponibilité au dernier moment, seuel motivation valable à mon sens. Très bruyant avec un moteur d'ascenseur non isolé semble t il .

Le seul point positif est l'amabilité du personnel.

Je n'ai pas aimé le bourdonnement permanent du au climatiseur situé devant la fenêtre de ma chambre, je n'ai pas aimé le manque de support pour ma valise, je n'ai pas aimé les trous sur le couvre-lit, je n'ai pas aimé le manque de prises disponibles, je n'ai pas aimé l'absence d'un point chaud lors de mon arrivée à 11h30 et rien de prévu dans la chambre, je n'ai pas aimé la vétusté des installations sanitaires pour un hôtel classé 3 étoiles et le manque de choix au petit déjeuner. Pour terminer, je n'ai pas aimé le manque d'ascenseur et l'exigüité de l'escalier d'accès à l'étage lorsque l'on est chargé de bagages.

La localisation, malgré le voisinage d'un bar bruillant. Il faut choisir les chambres à l'arrière
