Hôtel Renoir Saint-Germain  

Location - excellent base for getting to all parts of Paris, with many good restaurants and sights close to hand. Asked for a quiet room - and got it. Staff in Number 39 were helpful, English was good. Sheets and towels changed daily (which we didn't ask for).

1 of 2 Hotels of this name in the same street. No. 56 was very nice - ours (39) wasn't!! Desperately in need of renovation (which was going on in the room next to ours). Broken bathroom tiles,disgraceful carpet; cockroaches in both bathroom and bedrooom, broken sliding door to the small wardrobe that couldn't even take my coats/shirts. Another victim called this Hotel "a dump" - the perfect summary. The grumpy old lady serving breakfast in number 56 also needs a character transplant. The concept of customer service has completely passed her by.

The location was excellent. Very close to restaurants & Metro stations. The area was very busy & we felt relatively safe when walking around the hotel area.

The reception staff were not friendly at all. Help was given very unwillingly. The photos used in your website to sell the hotel was totally different from the actual building. It is certainly not been renovated recently. I would suggest that you show the latest photos of the hotel bathroom & the building front shots. I was very disappointed with your company's lack of updating the information on your database. So, please send someone to check out this hotel as soon as possible & update your photos of the hotel on your website. This reflect poorly on your company as I (also under my husband's name, Han Ching Juan) have used your website each time we travelled. In future, we would be a little more careful in depending on your website photos.

I did not like the hotel at all. I cannot believe it is a 3stars hotel

Very, very poor standards on everything

The staff was gratious and helpful. The bathroom and shower were great by Paris standards and the staff accomodated us by making the twin beds into a queen which was also comfortable by Paris standards.

Hôtel bien placé

Accueil moyen. Travaux dès 7h du matin dans les couloirs. Chambre papiers peint décolle,usage. Sdb vétuste ,pas de rideau de douche.

L'hotel ne correspondait en aucu cas a la reservation quer j''avais effctuee. Pas de climatisation, le bar de la chambre ferme a clefs, on entendait les voisins... Les portes qui claquent de minuit a 1heure du matin. Je ne pense pas reprendre un hotel par votre biais. Pour un hotel trois etoiles.... Hotel avec une mention passable...

Le bruittn la. Chambre ne correspondait pas a ma reservation... Les lits jumeaux qui s'ecartaient sans cesse... Des coivertures alors que nous sommes dans un hotel trois etoiles....et en 2012. Attention hotel passable

De ligging van hotel Renoir aan de Rue Montparnasse is prima voor stadsverkenningen, zowel te voet als met de metro die op twee minuten lopen van het hotel te bereiken is. Voor mensen die voornamelijk onderweg zijn en niet al te veel waarde aan luxe en comfort hechten is het een prima middenklasse-hotel.

Wat rommelige atmosfeer in trappenhuis door boringen in liftschacht etc. Personeel niet altijd even adequaat reagerend.

hôtel non rénové sans charme,équipement désastreux: choix d'une chambre à 3 lits, le 3ème lit est un lit de camp cassé encombrant une chambre trop petite la clef du frigo n 'est pas remise de peur que les clients ne consomment sans payer, il faut la réclamer, en fait le frigo ne fonctionnait pas le robinet de la douche ne fonctionnait pas, la réceptiion le savait accueil désatreux par le personnel d'après-midi, le petit-déjeuner est servi avec 20mn de retard on sent l'hôtel mal dirigé par un propriétaire qui fait durer sans faire de frais, qui ne veut pas investir ni évoluer, le personnel mal à l'aise le confirme, le prix est ridiculement élevé compte-tenu des négligences

J'ai regretté que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas servi en buffet, trop léger à mon gout .
