Great breakfast in room. Provide comfy bed to guest . love the environment with quiet absence and not too tourist crowd. Walking distance to happening places such as restaurant and places to have a drink during night time. Walking distance too to tourism and shopping area.
Our package were included with breakfast but unfortunately, I was not inform if my option of breakfast is higher price than the normal rate, there will be surcharge.
location is near the central station and only a little away from the old town
cleaners are slow room was still not made up by 3:15pm
The pillow that i slept with it was very uncomfortable.
beautifully designed clean and spacious room, newly renovated bathroom. Bathrobes were a pleasant surprise. Close to the train station.rather quiet at night.Charming! we never used the hotel's private beach or hammam (located in partner's hotel) went to more quiet beaches between Cannes and Nice.
rather weak wifi signal at times. there has to be some way to carry the luggage to carry the suitcases up the stairs upon entrance :-)
Amazingly kind, good energy, concierge guy named Morgan (people's person), small boutique hotel, fair breakfast better is to have this in the room, there's no restaurant in the hotel, parking is very poor, overall a great stay at this hotel. Definitely a place to come back ! I strongly recommend this hotel but better suited for couples !
Breakfast was limited in options, no restaurant and no parking !
Location value for money
Staff unhelpful trying to make outrageous commissions on transportation-taxis- although we managed to find the alternatives at a quarter of the price
The room and space
Our suite was nice
Internet connection very bad that sort of ruined our trip
My experience was great at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent considering no options available outside for breakfast other than croissants!
Not having a coffee machine in the room
Cleanliness and comfort
location is OK and understaffed with no one to help with luggage.
the hotel was absolutely wonderful very friendly staff clean
I didn't much like the room service food specially that most of the foods on the menu is frozen and not freshly done
This Hotel you feel invested as much as they could to let their small hotel stand out. the room is well furnished recently renovated probably. wifi in room is good
Location is not as prime as it is claimed to be. Ended up paying more to get what I initially paid for on Booking.com No one to handle luggage Parking is a bit of a hassle Concierge type of services is kind of weak
The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious.
There was an issue on arrival with our payment, which wasn't taken when it should have been. There was no assistance with parking on arrival, the tiny lift couldn't hold 2 people and cases and could take up to ten minutes to come. There's no restaurant, so breakfast is served right next to reception and the shampoos etc were not replaced daily. It was extremely over priced for what it offered. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off!
Very nice spacious room (suite). Clean. Ordered breakfast that was delivered to our room. We received plenty of fresh food. Comfortable huge beds. We received a warm welcome and the staff brought our luggage to our room. PLENTY of space to hang our clothes.
A little noisy from the road outside. The wifi wasn't very stabile.
Customer focused staff Nothing was a problem for the team Good breakfast served straight from the kitchen Location is perfect for all Cannes amenities 5 minutes from the station and less to the bus link to Nice airport
Could be noisy outside in the early morning but that may be linked to local construction work which is only temporary
Close to City centre.
No car parking, please park in public parking building. there are many space.
I like the staff and location of the Hotel. Breakfast is very good. Hotel design is very impressive and neat.
There is no carpet on the floor make the hotel room very cold, and airconditioner is not good.
The staff, the cute hotel and the location
Up hill walk
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
No on site parking. We were in a van that did not fit in the parking garage provided around the corner. Apparently no garage in Cannes can accommodate a larger van over 1.8 meters. A bit unserstaffed. One poor girl was running the desk, room service including food prep and trying to handle the small bar.
It was a small nice hotel with a helpness straff . God room and a good location. I will come back again
The service was very very good. We booked a suite and the air conditioning was working well for the first two days, after asking them to check up on it, they put a fan into the room. But since it was still hot, we requested a room change and they happily complied to it. It was also very very clean, the chairs are spotless white and we felt guilty when we accidentally dirtied it.
The airconditioning isn't working well on the fourth floor and the lift is very small.
The hotel was located at a convenient spot. The staff was very friendly. The room was big.
During the day we left, we asked on of the guy in front desk to call a taxi for us to go to the airport in Cannes. The airport was about 6km away from the hotel, and it only took around 15 minutes to go there. The front desk guy called us a "special taxi", and it was a black Mercedes Benz. However, after getting to the airport, the driver insisted to charge us 100 Euro and just took off immediately. I think the guy at the front desk was Dominique.
Staff is very friendly and - which is unusual for France speaks English. 2 minutes to everything, quiet. I think, if Renoir would visit it, he also would like it....
we liked everything.
- size of the room (304) and of the bathroom - size of wardrobe (huge) - availability of a parking close to the hotel
- in the evening Wi-Fi not always available
