Hotel location is perfect just 1 min walk to commerce, staff are friendly Now for the bad, old hotel rundown and dirty room in need of gutting. The room was over restaurants and bars down a side street so don't expect an early nights sleep.

It is a hotel for people who don't want to spend alot and just want a clean place to sleep, and a breakfast. We had to wait from 13h00 until 14h30 before we could check in. They only speak french, the internet was not working well and no elevator.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Everything to see and do in Nantes is within walking distance including the train station. This hotel has no lift.

Chambre et sdb spacieuses, libre à l'arrivée (9h30).Très bon accueil. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Petite rue piétonne en plein centre avec nombreux retaurants ouverts le soir (on n'entend pas le bruit fenêtre fermée).A éviter si vous avez beaucoup de bagages car pas d'ascenseur (4 étages).. Chasse des WC qui fuit (signalé à mon départ).Seul un drap de douche!! Une serviette de toilette complémentaire serait souhaitable, même petite. Les vitres de la fenêtre ne sont pas souvent faites! Rideau occultant mal fixés.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Aunque es simple, esta acorde al precio la limpieza de la habitación es muy mala. El cuarto de baño no fue limpiado durante toda mi estancia, solo cambiaban las toallas.

Hotelito céntrico con un estilo antiguo pero renovado. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son muy ruidosas por la existencia de bares en la calle que reúnen un montón de gente fumando tomando y gritando. Aun así las ventanas están bien aísladas.

Très bon accueil, excellente localisation, propreté. Mobilier et aménagement vieillots ; bruit potentiel certains soirs pour les chambres situées côté rue (malgré la bonne isolation des vitres, mieux vaut prévoir des boules Quies si vous pensez vous coucher tôt).

Bonjour, J'ai apprécié la convivialité du personnel de l'hôtel autant pendant la semaine que le week end et le professionalisme de la femme de chambre (sur 6 étages et sans ascenseur !!!). Bonjour, Je mets un bemol sur l'aspect général de la chambre n°5 (peinture écaillée, état des fenêtres vétuste, bac de douche abimé,.....) et sur la décoration de l'hotel.

L'Hôtel n'est pas en très bon état, le plafond est en décrépitude, le papier peint vieux et la chambre n'était pas totalement propre (à part la salle de bain). La fenetre de la chambre etait cassée, avec -5° dehors, la chambre etait glaciale malgré le chauffage ! La chambre donnait sur un bar en contre-bas, coincé entre deux batiment ce qui fait caisse de raisonnance. Pas de double vitrage aux fenetres si bien qu'il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à deux heures du matin !

Petit hôtel sympa au coeur de la ville de Nantes. Prévoir parking Vinci à côté (300mm à pied) et il n'est pas très cher (entre 4 à 6€ la nuit). Petit déjeuner un peu léger (pain uniquement)

La situation géographique est excellente car l'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville de Nantes. Les prestations sont nettement insuffisantes par rapport au prix proposé. Les chambres sont vieillotes et mériteraient une bonne rénovation. La salle de bains et la chambre manquent de propreté. L'hôtel situé en plein centre ville est loin d'être calme car il se trouve devant un café ouvert du mardi au samedi jusqu'à 2 heures du matin ! La rue est donc bruyante ; il est difficile de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil...

J'ai aimé l'accueil chaleureux et son emplacement. Les chambres sont propres. L'hôtel mériterai une bonne rénovation des sanitaires (odeur). Un petit plus facile à faire serai de réparer les rideaux!
