Good location. Beds were comfortable. Poor quality breakfast ingredients, ran out of tea, unimproved small bedroom. Needs swipe card locks for rooms. Internet out of order. Overpriced. |

Nice central location. Very close to subway station Jacques Bonsergent. Not far from the Gare de l'Est. I was personally a bit disappointed by the breakfast. Otherwise everything ok. |

helpful reception staff. Rooms were comfortable though small as is the case in Paris. Booking.com website mentioned rates all inclusive of taxes, but extra taxes were paid at the time of check out. Payment made by credit card in euro currency but my account statement shows debit in USD with loss of money in currency exchange also. |

Located near the Metro station; 20 min to Sena river and historical center.Breakfast was not too large ( just croissants, coffe, crisps, cheese and ham). We stayed in raining period and it was very wet in the room (2 floor) This is a tipical touristic budget hotel for Paris; sure nothing will be improved in future. |

The breakfast was very good and location of the hotel perfect for our needs being close to the centre and the Gard du Nord We were initially given a ground flor room with a window that wouldn't lock shut. We were kept awake by noises in the neighbouring room. The staff kindly agreed to move us the following day but gave us keys to an occupied room. Eventually we were given another room which was fine at first but overnight a bad smell of damp in the showeroom became very unpleasant. |

The Hotel was located in a great spot, next to a metro stop. The personnel was friendly and the room was as it was described on the website. Actually, it was bigger than we expected after reading some clients' comments. in general, we had a decent stay and we enjoyed being there. The breakfast could be better including some fruit for example. The closet in the bedroom was fine with us, but guests with more luggage might find it pretty small. |

very close to the metro station/ location hotel personnel not helpful and kind at all! very poor breakfast. the internet in the lobby did not work. there was not a mini bar in the room and the refregirator did not work. |

In a central location - very close to the Marais district - and a good breakfast. Our bathroom was fine, but the bedroom was too small. The bedroom was probably the same size as the bathroom, with no more than a foot of space round the circumference of the bed. No storage space either. |

Good location, just near the metro station Jacque Bonsergent, and close to the republique place and from there good connection to all areas in paris. The first room was pretty crippy, no window outside, but hotel staff was kind and change the room with street view. Poor illumination in the room. |

It's very close to Jacques Bonsergent metro station. There are markets, restaurants, drugstore and fast food nearby. Good breakfast and kind English speaking staff. The room does not have space for big luggages. We had to put them on the floor, with no space to walk. Very small room, but comfortable. |
