I liked the rich breakfast and location, close to metro station

Yes! Staff was mostly unfriendly, always speaking at the phone for private matters, not greeting us first. we got assigned a bad smelly, tiny room with broken bulbs and horrible view. After my insistance, room has been changed. In addition, there was confusion about items taken from minibar in the room, which we did not but we had to discuss about that, and then doubts about our honesty remained.

a decent breakfast. Also, a clean and new bathroom with toilet attached.

first of all, the size of the bedroom was small with poor ventilation. in fact we had booked the room 3 months in advance and thinking we would have the priority of having a room which is bigger. Instead, we were given the smallest room ( by looking at the fire map of the hotel) and there was plastic sheets covering the window which makes the room stuffy.

I like the sympathy of the receptionists that work in the hotel, they were very nice and helpful. The brunch was good, not ideal, but good. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, stocks of goods replaced. The metro station right at the entrance at the hotel was very handy and the location is quite central in Paris. We have to pick only two lines in the metro to get where we wanted.

Room was a little small, but the bathtub was good. We have no view to the street, but the view to the street wasn't so special eitheir. Its a good place to sleep but not to stay all day.

Its location. Otehr than that it was quite okay. Break fast menu needs to improve to include continental also. Only croissants were available for vegetarians.

Though we arrived at the correct checking time at 2:00pm, our room was ready only at around 2:40pm. We had to wait for the 40 minutes at the hotel lobby.

Reception staff excellent. Rooms basic but jolly.

Wouldn't choose fot a long stay.

One of those faded 3 star Paris hotels that really needs a refit. The room had strange decor, the bathroom was smelly, the breakfast barely adequate. I've stayed in far better 3 star hotels in Paris, at around the same price.
