Good location. The room and bathroom were very clean indeed.
The WiFi signal was pretty bad I my room. The bathroom was a bit smallish.
close to republique metro ideal for exploring canal st martin area & good food choices
tiny rooms and tiny bathroom - only ok if you know your travelling companion well.
Locations is excellent and very very easy to get to Gare du Nord. Price is very reasonable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Quiet night sleep. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Good wifi connection (free)
Mattress was extremely hard. Room was very small. Lift was so small that we decided not to use it. Breakfast was ok but you could do better eating out.
Location Cleanliness Very friendly staff
Poor wi-fi signal Quite small bathroom
Good location, easy to reach old town, nice hotel staff.
First day on arrival there was no hot water. Every day you have to get a new WiFi access code.
Prize was attractive comparing to other hotels. Location was a huge advantage, really convinient connection with city center. Nearby we had a lot of restaurants. Staff was helpful and maintained clean rooms. Still it was totally worth the money.
Two days in a row we had issues with hot water (that were later fixed). Elevator was really tiny and our bathroom's door wasn't closing. We lived in a last room on the 4th floor and I believe that because of that we didn't have an internet connection. Everytime we were leaving our room, we just needed to move few steps to catch a wifi signal. So I believe it was just our room and not a general disadvantage.
Friendly Staff, Cleanliness, Good Location 5 minutes walk to metro station,
WiFi doesn't Work on fourth floor, Elevator is Tiny we couldn't fit our baby's stroller.
The rooms are very clean, spacious & comfortable. I like that we were booked at the top floor which we specifically requested. The tall black guy at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The elevator is pretty small considering that people from all over the world will be traveling with big luggages. The wifi was also very unstable at the 6th floor.
Room #52 has the gratest balcony. THe restroom was new Location
Super small elevator :) The room size fits to skinny people
Very basic but very clean rooms. Perfect hotel for the price if you do not intend to spend a lot of time in your hotel room. The location was great and a relatively quiet area to stay.
Location. Staff is good
Room too small. No cupboard. No space to put bags. Breakfast with very less options. No space in bathroom to even stand.
Best location in Paris Very clean
Great location in a very nice street and tube station right around the corner. The staff was nice. The room was very clean and they changed our towels everyday.
Friendly efficient staff, clean and functional. Close to station. Felt secure.
Staff is very nice. location is good near Metro.
wifi didnt work on my room but it workon ground floor.
Very clean, great location and god bed.
Hallways dark, until you find light switch. Staff made no mention of this fact. Very small elevator
This is a good hotel- it's basic but clean and comfortable. Well worth the money and a great location.
The only downsides were: 1) No aircon; 2) Wifi only worked in the lobby; 3) It's a 2 star, so no minibar, gym etc.
For what it is and where it is located, it is a pretty good option. We were on a budget and Paris is very expensive. This was the best option for staying close to everything and within budget. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and modern. Not fancy or decorated at all, but adequate for a two-star accommodation.
The wifi is terrible! We could only use it in the lobby. The lift is only for luggage. Two people do not fit-get ready for a creaky, old, circular staircase that is dark-we walked 5 flights every time. The cute balcony was great, but it was so loud at night, that we had to close the window. With no A/C it got very hot. But honestly, you can't sleep with the noise. If you're visiting in the cool weather, you'll have no problem. Beware of breakfast. It is NOT included. They make you think it is by offering it to you, but then charge 8€ each for breakfasts when you check out. If you do have the breakfast, it is a decent spread for 8€. Probably a better deal than going to a coffee shop nearby. But still, it should be advertised in the hotel that it costs 8€. They told me I should have remembered reading it online-even though I made the booking months ago! Overall, this hotel served our needs, but it is not great by any means! It will keep staying busy and in business because it is one of the cheaper options for a clean room, but that is all it is.
Good location, near metro station
Very small elevator and no Wi-Fi
Bad Wifi condition
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet street but close to a metro station. The receptionists were very polite and friendly. The room was renovated and clean. The hotel has the smallest elevator in the world - should be on the list of top 10 things to see in Paris. We travelled in a group of three and the hotel proposed a very reasonable price for a triple room. If you don't need Internet connection and don't mind taking the stairs, this is the ideal hotel for you.
Impossible to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. The smallest elevator in the world can be problematic if you travel with a baby (since there is absolutely no way to enter the elevator with a baby stroller).
Location was close to the underground - could walk to town - had a nice balcony with chairs to sit on
Walls are thin you could head your neighbours shower and go to the toilet - doors do not shut quietly so you were awake when the first person is up.The stairs had a silly motion sensor that would always turn on when u were at the end of the dark staircase( which made them quite dangerous) - the housekeepers/ maids would leave dirty sheets, buckets etc on the stairs - trip hazard esp in the dark and to top it off the breakfast lady was rude and when we turned up at 20 mins past 9 she was shaking her head and looking annoyed ( even though it was a paid breakfast not included in room fee). I would not recommend staying here at all the only thing it had going for it was location and a balcony
near Metro station. reception open 24hrs, helpful receptionist and able to speak english.
the hotel promotes wifi connection everywhere in the hotel, but cannot connect to wifi the entire hotel, wifi license of the hotel is expired and all gadgets doesn't want to connect to it. bed sheets, pillow case and duvet cover not being changed the entire 5days stay. very limited choices of food for breakfast. I requested tea facility in my room but didn't respond to request at all. very cold room, there is a radiator, but is not working even you turn it to maximum level. there is no wardrobe, and not well-lighted room.
The location is great, right near a Metro hub. Hotel room newly refurbished but very tiny. No towel racks or TP holder. Perhaps to be installed soon? Otherwise, bath tiny but well-designed. Room was immaculate and quiet. Two easily accessible outlets are for phone/computer charging.
I personally dislike when the top sheet and duvet are all one piece. If it's too hot for sleeping, there is no middle level of warmth to access. There is no closet, but a few hangers on a rack. There is no in-room safe and there didn't look to be one at the front desk. There is no mini-fridge.
The facilities are quite new due to renovation maybe
there is strong smell due to the renovation, and staff not very friendly!
