the location is good and rooms a clean for 2 star hotel. I was disappointed by the hotel for the following reasons. 1- The double bed is sofa type. It was not mentioned clearly in the web site description. 2- The pictures in the web site are misleading. It shows 5 star duplex. It is only small room with elevated ceiling and t single beds on top and one sofa bed in bottom. 3- The kitchen was closed. When we asked the reception to open it they told us this is an option which cost 15 euro a day.

It was right next door to a Lidl supermarket which made self catering easy. The booking through Booking.com said the unit had a kitchenette included - it did but we had to pay another 15 euro to get the key to acess it. The Hotel didn't have our booking but did honour the Booking.com rate and made the excuse that the internet was down. This turned in to another negative as there was no wifi either. The double bed turned out to be a fold out settee which wasn't comfortable and was very noisy. This place was obviously nice once and needs a decent clean up as it is getting run down.

Close to route to alps Cold room even when we put heating on full blast. Kitchen lacked equipment. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable - head went down hill. No extra bed for third child even though requested. Expensive.

Room large enough for a family of 5. The double bed very uncomfortable and needing replacing . No air con or fan and no small window to open for ventilation. On a very,very busy road so noisy.

The location of the hotel The wi-fi connection was not working - the sofa bed was not good for adults, indeed the mattress was bending towards the head side and it was difficult to sleep.

Hotel was ok for one night stopover and had kitchen facilities. It was pouring rain from arrival time till morning. We were on a stopover on trip round France to Nice and Lake Annecy area looked really lovely but the weather spoilt it. This was no reflection on the hotel which if the weather was OK the hotel would have appeared much better.

The kitchen facilities, not far from Annecy, view of the lake. Hotel staff is nice. Price is very reasonable. Road nearby is noisy, but we had no problem sleeping at night with open windows.

We had a duplex for six for one night and it was lovely. There was a large patio outside the French windows and the views over the lake were incredible. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom beautifully clean and the lounge area ideal. The only downside was the road in front and as our visit was at Easter, the traffic to and from Annecy was really busy. If you don't have your own food there are a number of supermarkets within driving distance and a good Chinese restaurant just a 5 min walk away. Road is right in front and can be really noisy.

Situation Prix obtenu en vente flash booking.com Kitchenette vaisselle comprise pour ceux qui ne voudraient pas manger en extérieur, magasin lidl juste à côté pour les courses Chambre spacieuse en rez de jardin avecc salon de jardin sur coin pelouse, literie confortable en 160, terrasse ou balcon en étage Pas de restaurant à proximité immédiate, il faut prendre la voiture Situé en bordure de route très fréquentée ... en saison ... ce doit être l'enfer ... impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes Aucune insonorisation Ménage laisse à désirer et les femmes de chambre frappent à votre porte tous les 1/4 h pour savoir quand vous libérez les lieux (elles veulent terminer leur journée à 12h00, c'est certain ! ... en commençant à 9h00 en semaine et 10h00 le Dimanche ... pas facile !) . Serviettes de toilettes non changées pour les recouchants La tarification normale non justifiée en rapport qualité/prix : il ne faut y aller qu'en tarification "vente flash"

La situation géographique. La literie était très mauvaise. Pas moyen de faire marcher la télévision. Pas d'abat jour sur l'ampoule du séjour, d’où une lumière très peut chaleureuse.

Bien apprecie notre sejour cela fait plusieurs fois que nous y logeons.......calme confort de literie ....nous y retournerons......... Mon mari a du nettoyer le syphon de la douche!!!!!!!!!!!§cela arrive!!!!!!!!!mais le personnel devrait le signaler au responsable....1 Seul defaut....salle de bains trop petite.......

- La proximité du lac et de ses plages. - le prix raisonnable. -Le petit dejeuner, bien que continental, copieux. -Balcon ou terrasse pour chaque appartement. La mise à disposition de la kitchenette est en option et est facturée 15€ par jour. Cela n'est indiqué nulle part dans le descriptif de l'hotel lors de la reservation. Je precise qu'on ne m'a pas demandé de régler ce supplément.

Style chalet du batiment et déco , vue sur lac ,parking , grande surface proche , présence d'une kitchenette dans la formule duplex permettant de faire ses repas sans être obligé de prendre les petits dej à l'hôtel et les repas à l'extérieur d'où économie substantielle.Personnel trés compréhensif . Circulation dense sur la nationale située à 30 m , mais beaucoup moins la nuit . Cependant les rideaux épais ,les doubles vitrages et les volets roulants electriques font qu'on peut dormir sans être importuné... Séjour effectué en période glaciale (- 15 °la nuit) , chauffage electrique à peine suffisant .... mais circonstances il faut le dire exceptionnelles ! Salle de bain un peu exigüe mais bien équipée.
