i was looking forward to the swimming area,the pool was great but i couldn,t understand the lack of changing fa we arecilities? we are pensioners and ended up with wet clothes, and very unsteady situation with no where private to change.also getting into the pool a bit scary no indication of the steps under the water. still fantastic though, i loved it! |

It was quiet,beautiful views,comfortable appts.well equiped,all very new, good food shops,lovely heated pools,helpful staff, perfect for relaxing. Nothing to dislike but would personnaly of prefered to have a washing machine as opposed to a dishwasher for washing emergencies as we took a young child plus they could provide matress protectors for young children ( I took my own thankfully ). |

This aparthotel has in low season a very good price quality relation. The apartments are large and fully equipped. The town Entraygues is small but attractive at 400 meters walking. Bigger town Espalion is at 1/2 hour driving distance. We like to come back here. The reception is closed at sunday afternoon, and check- in is impossible. This could be solved easily. Wi-fi reception only at the entrance possible, not in the appartments. |

This hotel was lovely. The "private" indoor pool was excellent, the room was exactly as described, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast choice was limited, but good food was delivered to our door at our requested time. The floor probably could have been a little more clean, but the bed was comfortable and the hotel is in such an outstanding setting it was hard to notice the dust on one corner of the floor! |

Brand New, clean and modern apartment hotel. Free parking and internet. Hotel apartments are large (3 rooms) and nicely furnished, all the necessary items for self serviced apartment are available in the room. Great value for money! Not able to communicate in English with the hotel staff. |

Petit appartement design très bien équipé notamment pour cuisiner, avec 2 chambres , salon, terrasse sur le Lot, et piscine au sous sol, idéal pour se reposer dans un cadre naturel superbe. Vraiment très bonnes prestations Semble t-il pas de personnel présent en permanence sur le site, d'où l'affluence des clients et l'attente pour trouver quelqu'un à l'accueil. Regret également que tous les équipements de la piscine n'aient pas été en état (jacousi, hammam et sauna ne fonctionnaient pas) |

Très bonne surprise : en y allant hors saison, nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement. La piscine est très agréable et ouverte de 9 h à 22 h. Très bien après une journée de visites. Resp de l'hôtel très courtois et à l'écoute. En revanche, vestiaires de la piscine insuffisants et pas très propres en fin de journée. Personnel un peu insuffisant. Petits dej un peu légers et style Mc Do. |
