They couldn't confirm credit card payment over phone and had sent me an email and not call me. I have accidently read the email and could switch on telephone authorisation. If not I would arrive late at night to a closed hotel (no reception after 8, just door codes)....

Price

No facilities, will not book next time. However any one who needs just a place to stay the night for low price it's ok.

The staff were great. They really helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is very close to the airport.

The closeness to the airport, having access to a small kitchen, especially a kettle!

The coffee at breakfast in the "restaurant" was undrinkable - I tried two different kinds from the machine and had to throw both of them away

Poor internet connection

I´m angry about the stuff. They told me that taxi is 24/24. At 3 AM I did not find any taxi and the reception desk was closed - nobody helped me. I had to walk at 4 AM to the airport alone (Marseille is pretty dangerous at night). I´ve almost missed my flight. It was horrible experience, i will never stay in this hotel again. Better sleep in the airport hall!

A welcome mesage from stuf should be sent by SMS, because when you are traveling not always are using email.

The most disgusting experience I have ever had. I booked 2 room suite for me and 3 my friends. On the photos it looked like two rooms (and so is written in my booking reciept). We arrived at 01 am, the reception was closed, so we got our key from the safe. And instead of booked suite we've got one small room with two beds. With no working a/c and no wifi. I have booked only one night, so there was no reason and no person to complain to. I just dreamed to leave that place in the morning. Terrible! Don't ever think to stay there if you expect any comfort from the hotel.

Very helpful staff. Location was perfect for my needs. The room and surrounding very nice and well kept.

Photos on the booking.com is totally different. Our room was like a jail cell. No reception after 7pm and very poor air conditioning.

Close to the airport.

Air-conditioners are still under installation and this was not mentioned in the hotel info. Room downstair was noisy until 3-4am with a big group of people talking, no one respected the request from other guests to stop, hotel staff were not present to help. Windows could not be closed due to lack of air-conditioner, therefore no solution. Worst night in a hotel ever!

We had such an unpleasant stay that it's difficult to find something to like about this hotel. The reception desk lady was pleasant and did her best but as the only person available had a lobby full of guests making requests. The air conditioning units are in place but not connected. The hotel is reasonably priced but the Holiday Inn Express down the street charges the same rates and is new AND airconditioned with wi-fi.

There is no air-conditioning, the lobby is dismally small with two vending machines and two chairs but is the only area with wi-fi which is very SLOW. Overall we had a terrible, terrible experience. I booked here due to airport shuttle as I wanted to turn in our rental car the night before. However, shuttle has to be reserved and it only runs in the morning (7-10 AM) and evening (4:30-7PM). We arrived at 6:30 PM. There are no restaurants in the hotel (they have a small eating area for breakfast which is locked otherwise)or in the area so we had to keep the car one more night so we could go out to eat thereby negating the reason we stayed here. The location is industrial and they lock the gate after 8:30 PM. The receptionist desk also closes at 8:30 PM. To our horror, we didn't know the code to get back in and were locked out! They posted a phone number to call but we didn't have a phone with us. Another guest came to us after about 15 minutes and handed us a printed slip of paper which had the codes (we weren't given this at check-in). The room was clean and the beds were made up with blankets and down-type duvets but the a/c is not hooked up and it was 32C that afternoon. The open windows provided relief from the heat but it was noisy (industrial next to the airport). We were worn down by the whole experience and ended our vacation week on a low note.

If you have late check-in, be very carefull, you can't enter without code even in the yard where there are safes with your room key in the envelope. The hotel didn't send any notification about the code of the gates on my e-mail, so we (with 2 little children) just shouted & called somebody for 15-20 min.Only then some of the clients helped us to open the gate using his code.

Nearness to airport and price.

The air-con was not working, the temperature rose to over 36 in the room/s even with the windows open and the curtains pulled to keep the sunlight out. In order to try to stay cool we took it in turns to have cold showers and sit around in our underwear which was most awkward for our 17 year old daughter. The fridge should have been stocked with cold water at least.

Great way of management!

NO air conditioning. The room was miserably hot and the website said there would be air coniditiong but when we were there it was being repaired. It was very difficult with three children and I asked for a reduction in price to compensate which i did not receive.

Pas de wifi dans les chambres. L'odeur émanant des usines de l'étang de Berre proche. Les allées venues des voyageurs pour l'aéroport et le bruit de leurs valises à roulettes sur le carrelage des couloirs à toute heure. Emplacement isolé, une voiture est donc nécessaire.
