Despite the price, the hotel is comfortable and clean.

The problem is the closing of the hotel in weekend. I arrived at this hotel at 20 o'clock on Saturday. The hotel stuff was not in the hotel and therefore must call to the service center. However, the operator in the service center can not speak English at all. This was crucially troublesome for people from foreign countries. If they are close in weekend, they should give an e-mail informing that they are close in weekend in advance to foreigners in English.

convenience of location in Bordeaux to where I needed to be, clean, adequate facitilites. Breakfast for 7Eu is a good deal

more towels need to be provided without additional cost; the interior hallways need to be lit all the time and not on motion sensors....at times, the lights would not go on. The front entrance should be better lit at night for security.

Very clean and complete room, great location only few minutes walk from a tram stop, useful facilities like laundry etc.

staff are very friendly, breakfast is good, location nearby both tram and bus station, newly renovated,good place in general.

to my openion they should have a receptionest 24/24 through out the week this will be an add.

The rooms have airconditioning, which is no normal case for middle-class hotels in France. The rooms are not big, but very functional and well designed. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable, though it's only a sofa-bed. The shower cabin is just amazing. The location of the Hotel is almost in walking distance to downtow (about 10 Minutes Walking to Hotel de Ville). A tram staion is on the other hand about only 3 min. walking away. Private Parking suite is available. Otherwise there're plenty free parking lots in front of the hotel.

Space in room can be a little cramped, as soon as the sofa-bed is layed out. The cold water pressure is pretty low.

Facilities adequate for the needs of 3 people. Modern and new, clean and secure. Staff helpful.

The office being closed from 12.00 untill 3.00pm for check in.

Room was more than sufficient for a family of 4 with two small children (I wouldn't want to sleep on the smaller setee beds if I was a teenager or adult.

The hotel is a little way out of the centre but within easy reach of the tram service. There is a 10 minute trek with luggage if you've not got your own car. Be wary of the reception opening hours, for large periods of the day it is closed.

some of the fixtures were wobbly, couldnt figure out the dishwasher - turnd out the water was turned off. room was a bit small.

A good overnight stay. Very comfortable. Had a kitchenette with fridge, cooker, microwave and evena dishwasher! Would definatly use again.

There was a coffee machine but no filters or filter coffee and none of the usual freeze dried satchets for a morning cuppa.

Clean, close to centre of city - by tram. Staff helpful and courteous. Great air-conditioning!!

Studio apartment too small, o.k. for a few days only. Shower leaked and towels not changed in the 3 nights we were there.

the fact that some german tourists who had a booking to arrive on a sunday when there was no reception. Very bad.I booked a large room and was given two rooms although reimbursed. Not good. I would have preferred the larger room. No one at reception most of the time is not good.

We were looking for good value, not expensive and good location as main features. This hotel is easy to locate in the bright rainbow colours for various floors. A little out of the city centre, it is easily reached in a 15 minute comfortable tram ride. Staff have excellent English skills and are very professional and helpful. We appreciated being able to make tea/coffee.
