Coloured tinted windows gave a strange light in the room Asked for a toilet roll from the cleaners to be told they did not have any to give me then saw a pack of 4 toilet rolls on their trolley. More toilet rolls to be provided in room No washing up cloths or brushes Air vent in ceiling near kitchenette was broken and handing from suspended ceiling

This place was really good compared to what we paid, some staff were really friendly, others were just doing their job. The location is fairly good, the city center is just a few tram stops away.

I was backpacking with my friend and we had to share a terrible couch bed wich made the loudest noises I've ever heard from a "bed". The kitchen didn't have enough equipment, there was no frying pan and no oven and the dishwasher was broken. If you go to Bordeaux you must try the vines from the region, but wait NO there was no corkscrew available anywhere in the hotel !!

we were greeted by a very pleasant multi lingual receptionist who gave us basic info and told us to get back to her if we needed anything. Appartment was well designed,clean and comfortable (even the sofa bed). The view from our 7th floor window was worth the room price alone. Backer, grocer, resturant, bar/cafe and tram all within a 2minute wakl even a small market on saturday morning. we'll be back.

A bit of local info in the appartments would be handy, also instructions for the air con. ours heated up during the night. A check on the kitchen inventory now and again wouldn't go amiss.

The bed! It was extremely uncomfortable and I kept sticking to the mattress. Also suffered numbness in my arms. Being told there were 4 questions, when clearly there are more!

I was a bit apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews. I shouldn't have worried! The taxi fare from Bordeaux airport was about €30 (approx £25) and the journey took about 20 minutes. I had read bad reviews about the staff but they couldn't have been more helpful. A gentleman (apologies - I can't remember his name) & he advised us that we were too early to check-in. We were already aware of this as we arrived at 10am & check-in is from 3pm, however he told he they would get our rooms ready by 2pm. He gave us directions to a local cafe & the tram stop (about a 3 minute walk) and gave us a map & showed us the way to walk if we so wished (approx 20-25 minutes). We we returned just after 2pm our rooms (1 x twin + 1 x double) were ready. However when we got to the twin room, it was a double. We went back to reception where a young lady booked us into another room. The rooms were clean & everything we expected to be there was (microwave, dishwasher, kettle, twin hob, plates, cups, saucers, etc.). However there are no tea & coffee sachets in the room so you will need to go to a local shop & buy your own if you want them. Every time we needed something from reception - be it directions, extra pillows, information - they couldn't have been more helpful & polite. The added bonus is that they all spoke excellent English as our French is only basic! In terms of getting what you pay for, I would say it is about right and in that respect it served our purposes.

There was only a couple of things we didn't like. Firstly, the beds are like camp beds in the twin rooms and in the double room it is a sofa & therefore aren't particularly comfortable. Secondly, the rooms seem to very cold at night, but roasting hot in the morning. We couldn't fathom out the air-con system to change it. Lastly, it took about 5 minutes of running the shower for any hot water to come through - however when it did the shower was very good.

Nothing. It was an terrible experience.

My friend was bitten by bed bugs in the room and informed the staff about it. Spots were shown to them and made a request to do the basic by changing bed-sheet and towels. Was told they would do so and ask someone to check. End of the day, not even a soul came to check. It was a disaster experience and worst is the hotel is directly opposite a cemetery.

The position: not real in centre but with the tram-stop very near and some shops/bar in the quartier. Very clean.

They don't have more than one key for room: if you go with some friends it can be a problem. There was no hair dryer in the room: there was the bare minimum (towel to dry off, soap, toilet paper).

The hotel is near a tram station, with very easy access to the city centre. Walking is around 30 minutes from city centre. One of the airport shuttle bus stops is also only 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The fact of being an apartment was also useful for having some dinners at the hotel. The location was quiet.

There was Internet access at the hotel, but wireless is weak in the bedrooms. Also, everyday you had to login on the Internet and request a password, which is a bit too much. The bed in our bedroom was a sofa-bed.

Close to city centre but quiet location.Fantastic tram service close to hotel.Very good value.Rooms clean and staff very helpful.Although we didn't book the room with the intention of cooking we did need to on a couple of occasions so little kitchen was handy.

The bed in the studio apartment was a bit of a shock initially but turned out to be comfortable enough,As we arrived on a Monday we had to wait a week for the towels/linen to be changed.

Its location near the center, friendly staff when they were there, room was clean.

Its more a backpackers place. Facilities very fair as in no Iron, no hairdryer, threadbare towels, rooms only cleaned after you leave. Reception only available for limited hours and limited staff as in one person at a tine so beware of long waits to check in.

It was a modern room with good bathroom. It was about a 20 min walk to old town.

The bed was like a pull out sofa bed with metal base. Also have to bus or taxi from railway station.

Would not have found it without help from people on the tram. But we are non French speakers, and once shown the tram route is very easy.

Clean, no fuss accomodation. Very close to a Tram stop. We had a proper bed that was excellent. A sofa bed was also in the room and we would not have liked to have had to spend 5 nights on a sofa bed. Basic equipment was very good. Air con was excellent. Fantastic pâtisserie very close by.

Wifi was only availible in the lobby/reception area. TV had no watchable English speaking channels. (BBC World+Sky+CNN were all without sound).

It was very handy for the tram or bus service.We were visiting bordeaux for a family wedding & short holiday and found the hotel quite and suited our needs would stay again

The proximity to the city centre and the facilities in the appartment.

This was my second stay here and I was a little disappointed as the noise from the traffic at night was very loud and also the green colour in the room was a bit disturbing. Last time we stayed on a "pink" floor and found that colour more pleasant.

The apartments were very central and very good value. Good showers.

The Air Conditioning did not work and there was no safe.

Staff are friendly and helpfull. 10 mins to train station. Many parking space at hotel. Spacious room with kitchen and bathroom.

No cleaning done every day. Not much restaurant around the hotel.
