Location near by the port and apartment concept very well adapted to family vacation . Car parking inside the hotel is very expensive and limited outside the hotel |

Good location, close to the petit port and the main road. Budget hotel for families. No air-con or even fan/vent at the rooms and you can't open a window during the night because they are opened to the public corridor or the balcon divided by thin barrier from the neighbors. the balcon and corridor floors are exposed cement, cause the hotel to smell like a shelter in israel. |

Big apartment, strange layout, confusing, unfinished. Great value for money,with under parking. Nice kitchen but no time for us to use. Local restaurant expensive. Directions given by e mail were very useful. Cement dust every where - unfinished, office difficult to find, as was access. |

Clean and reasonable accommodation. Well situated for the lake. Good choice if self catering. Would be good for families. Secure and cool parking. Still building the adjacent block and landscaping not yet completed. |

very well located and good standard of accommodation When we stayed (April) the accommoidation was still under construction and it showed with smell of damp plaster and very dusty floors. Needs six months to be finished off but, given this very early stay, I was imprerssed and think this will be a great place to stay. |

Clean and large room at reasonable cost . Ideal if you can find it! Nightmare to find. Directions were useless. No staff at hotel after 8pm and difficult to get into room. Can't use car park at this time. Directions: take road adjacent to macdonalds, at 1st island turn left. Hotel is 100m on left. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Brand New! (Feb 09) Secure parking. 5 min walk to the lake and Aquarium. Walk to the lake, turn right and walk for 20mins for a selection of resturants. Can be difficult to find as Rue de Petit Port is in two halves separated by 800m+. Set your satnav to house number 180ish and you should drive past it! Still being built in Feb 2009, great for an overnight stay during building work. |

La mise à disposition d'un studio et d'une cuisine nous permettant d'être autonome La vue de notre studio donnait sur la cheminée de l'immeuble d'en face qui est fort laid! quel dommage alors que nous sommes à 2 pas du lac du Bourget |

l'indépendance des restaurants, c'est à dire la possibilité de faire la cuisine nous-mêmes Le confort est à nos yeux insuffisant. Ceci surtout au niveau des lits. A ce prix, les chambre devraient être équipées de lits corrects (superposés ok pour les enfants, mais pas de canapé-lit pour les parents). Le bâtiment est très mal isolé et de nos jours, nous trouvons cela peu approprié, qu'il soit équipé entièrement en chauffages électriques. |

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, gute Lage des Appartments in der Anlage, große Terrasse, kurze Entfernung zum See und Stadtzentrum. Relativ beengt für 4 Personen, insbesondere nicht genügend Stauraum für Bekleidung. Neben Stockbetten für die Kinder stand für die Eltern nur ein provisorisches Gästebett (auklappbares Sofa) zur Verfügung --> geringer Komfort. Fehlender Sonnenschirm auf der nach Südwesten ausgerichteten Dachterrasse. |

een absoluut net appartement op een leuke locatie, dat ogenschijnlijk schoon was, maar onder de bedden e.d. wat te wensen over liet. Wel jammer dat er geen direct strandje in de buurt is (alleen betaald) ontvangst receptie. Sprak nauwelijks engels en was niet erg behulpzaam (bijv. op het antwoorden van vragen) |

La possibilité de loger en famille dans un appartement pour une courte durée, et la possibilité de prendre les repas dans le logement. Et pour un prix compétitif. Pour un établissement récent ; le manque de la climatisation ! |

Sehr schöne, neue Einrichtung, Wohnräume sind sehr geräumig. Dass fürs Morgenessen für die Kinder der volle Preis von 8 Euro bezahlt werden musste, sogar für den 2-jährigen. |

J'ai aimé l'emplacement dans Aix les bains, la propreté de la chambre et la déco Désagréable, le parking qui est trop bas et qu'on ne sait pas se garer avec un box (aucun panneau pour l'indiquer on rentre et surprise , on est bloqué). La cuisine qui est directement dans la chambre avec le frigo qui fait un bruit dingue pendant la nuit.Le personnel pas super souriant, pdj avec jus d'orange manquant alors qu'on est les seuls, pas de lait pour les enfants,...Et la dame à la réception qui n'est pas vraiment super sympa, sourire en option. Ceci mis à part, on a passé un bon séjour. C'était les vacances et on était plutôt heureux de profiter de cette belle ville accueillante. |

Très bonne surprise: L'appartement est bien équipé avec bonne isolation sonore, la situation est agréable tout près du lac, grand parking disponible et pas trop cher Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner: trop cher |
