The hotel was rundown and the room was not what I expected. It really needs a makeover. It was pretty far from the metro.

When we arrived at the hotel around 21:00, the entrance was closed and we couldn't enter. Finally we asked another guest from the window of his room to open the entrance.

Location, price, interior, all good for one night.

Not possible to contact when we were delayed in the traffic. Nobody answered the telephone between three and seven.

Arrived before check-in, just hoped to leave our bags there until we could check into the four person room we had reserved. Man behind the desk offered to let us check in to two double rooms for the same price as our one room. The location is a bit hidden away, which adds to the charm. It's in the midst of a shopping district, and can be easy to miss as the entrance is a massive door that looks like it is for vehicles. Quaint little courtyard once you are inside that gives the impression of being out in the county rather than in a suburb of Paris.

In our room, number 47 on the far end of the hotel on the second floor the wifi was problematic at times. Was not an issue for us, but might be for some. Ask for a room closer to the office if that is the case.

15 minute walk to rer Laplace (6 stations to Saint-Michel Notre Dame), warm cosy room with hot water, good value for money

The staff was very kind and helpful, but didn't speak english

the room is very simple but for everyday need is enough , and for the transportation is connivence to take line 4 to go the centre ville . and for the neighborhood is very commercially to find the stuff eating thins .

when we arrival is not so good to find the place , so better to telephone before you go there . and not suggest to take the taxi , the taxi in Paris is horrible things at all !!!!

Calm and good location, changing from hôtels and guest-houses .

Poor information, Wifi quite unusuable, no parking and no information to park .

Backyard location and plants make it peaceful and cosy despite a busy street nearby. Nobody disturbing us. Bed ok, bedclothes clean. The price is a great advantage.

Akward smell from the bathroom every time we came back. Fortunately, easy to air by keeping the window open. The litter was removed only on the first day.
