City Résidence Chelles

- close to Disneyland and the airport, - price, - it was way too better than I read in the opinions,

- there is no bell at the entrance and you have to call to ask how to enter the building which is a bit stressful just after arrival :)

Near to Disney and Paris centre and near to the carefour

There was no coffee machine and no waterboiler to make tea

Appartments were not clean and very damaged. The paper on the walls was scratched, the carpets were not clean, kitchinette but only 2 glasses for 4 etc etc etc. To conclude, once will be enough. Reception closed on Sunday, happily Booking's assistant was there to assist and provide me with the codes. I had sent an e-mail to the reception of the hotel but I never got an answer. Will never go there anymore.

Good location in half way from Paris to Disneyland. Good price.

Hotel not very clean and doasn't seemed very safe. No bar or restaurant and no every day reception. Beds really uncomfortable... We booked one apartment for 5 people, and when we got there we found the keys for 2 separate rooms 1 on ground floor and another on first floor. How we could split our family? We have young children. That day was Sunday so reception was closed. Eventually we did manage to stay in one room, and to be onest next day hotel staff gave us discount for it.

It is hell to say.

Nothing to be liked. It is a bad experience. Even I say it is worst.

The sheets and towels were clean

What was potentially decent accomodation was let down by a total lack of maintenance and cleaning ! It bore no ressemblance to the pictures on the internet . The apartment generally was not clean and smelt so . The fridge was bulging with ice and was leaking water on the floor . The bathroom left a lot to be desired with paint and counter being particularly poor and the window sills and blinds were filthy . We were not impressed at all , would not stay there again and woud certainly not recommend it . the general appearance of the hotel and surrounding area was poor .

Carpet floor very dirty, too stained and it smells. Broken falling off shelves un-tuned tv, adapter cable hanging, an eye soar. Piled cigarette butts in one corner of terrace Window Blinds in covered with thick dust. Run down toilet

WiFi almost doesn't work in the room. If you plan to visit Paris, you will loose minimum 2 hours a day in the traffic.

We have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe with our family. This was by far the worst ever!!!!!! We are not picky travelers and usually stay at budget places. The room that we were given here should have been condemned for health reasons as the tub leaked under the carpeting, loosened the carpet tiles and grew large amounts of black smelly mold. The toilet seat was falling off, garbage can lid fell off as we opened it, the furniture was in need a repair and falling apart. To top it off the room looked like it hadn't been painted in years or cleaned. We recieved no room service while there and they did not replace our towels. Which that can be typical depending on the place so I won't take points off for that, but it is not a bonus. Do not stay here especially if you have children.

Chelles is near to travelling to Paris and to Disneyland.Location of hotel is good,the train station is also near. Price is good.I Like the kitchenette.

The location was excellent

The carpet was dirty, dust on the walls, no bedding for second bed, no cot in room, no one on reception when I left I assumed I needed to leave the door key in post box

This building is a residential block of flats in a suburb of Paris, so everyone else lived there. Lots of people sitting on their balconies staring down at us arriving / unpacking the car. We checked-in and put our bags in our room (on Ground Floor next to the foyer) then went out until late. We were lucky that there was 1 parking space remaining when we returned, as I don't know how far away we might have had to go to find a space otherwise (the surrounding streets looked full of parked cars). Back home we wouldn't want to go near a place like this as you don't feel safe (it's likely to just be perception but it's ever-present nevertheless). We were pleased to hear our early morning alarm go off, although the cutlery was 'furry' and we didn't actually want to put the spoons in our mouths! The hotel served it's purpose of a cheap overnight stopover but I was pleased when we were driving away towards Paris!

very nice hotel exelent value for money verry clean room secure car park frendly and helpfoul staff.

It was perfect for our travel since our intention wasn't visit Paris and travel around France instead. Since it is out of the city it is easy to reach and there no need to go trhough the crazy parisien traffic. If you want to go to Paris it is easy to drive to a train station and from there use the public transport. Do not go to Paris by car, it is impossible to park! Beds was confortable, sheets and towels were enough for the 3 of us.

Just some details: Some things in the appartment were broken (i.e. the shower couldn´t be fixed to the wall) There were no place to hang things. The parking lot was a little bit messy too.

Dont use postcode for satnav. Please can you install a toaster into rooms. Plus our room was booked for three, but only two cups and two bowles

It is not far to Eurodisneyland if you drive to there.

(1) City Résidence Chelles is not responsible, why? I booked a place at City Résidence Chelles on 05 March 2012. When I arrived there on 02 April 2012, they had forced my family to go to a different hotel called Campanile without telling us why. Maybe it was overbooked, but I booked nearly one month ago. They have not informed us of the change before our trip. It was very difficulty for my family with a child who vomitted on the way to the hotel had to go to another hotel. It was terrible for my child. (2) City Résidence Chelles is not honest, why? City Résidence Chelles asked my family to live in Campanile for two nights and then spend the third night at City Résidence Chelles. A lady office with glass had promised me to pay 25 Euros for the third night at City Résidence Chelles. The 25 Euros is the difference between 167 Euros (my reservation price at City Résidence Chelles) minus 142 Euros (the money spent at Campanile for the first two night). She had even written 25 Euros on my hotel reservation printout. When I checked out on 05 April 2012, a black lady officer at City Résidence Chelles has photocopied the 142 Euros receipt of Campanile and told me that they would charge me 25 Euros from my MastroCard and send me a receipt soon. However, I checked my Mastercard online account, City Résidence Chelles has charged me 49 Euros rather than 25 Euros they had promised. It is not right.

Nothing it was the worst place I had ever stay when we did the check in I mean when we meet some one at the door cos there was no reception open they gave us the swipe card to get into room and when we open the door of our room it was filthy dirt every where bed undone smell of it unbearable I really wanna to cry for bringing my kids to such of thing. We managed to speak to a cleaner who very fortunate of us she cleaned our room change the sheets and spry something to it after that we thought we spent the day out untill the kids r really knacker do they could go straight to bed overall very bad never again

pas de drap dans le lit, ni couverture,mas de serviette de toilette, ni papier toilette, bref rien... Pas ce chambre proposée en échange. Odeur nauséabonde de tabac dans une chambre réservée pour 4 personnes mais plutôt prévue pour 2. Jamais vu cela; c'est une première...

bon accueil,gentillesse du personnel ,veilleur de nuit plusieurs jours dans la semaine,assez facile de garer la voiture.

le bruit des personnes(avec leur valises qui traînent sur le sol dans les couloirs à toutes heures),l'équipement de cuisine un peu limite pour 4.

1èRe impression : envie de fuir très vite ! Odeur plus que nauséabonde impossible de respirer dans l'appartement , fenêtrés ouvertes en grand = la c'est le bruit qui devient insupportable car l'appartement donne sur un grand rond point très passant on ne s'entend plus !!! L'appartement est de taille suffisante pour un couple avec un enfant mais est d'une saleté incroyable ! Impossible de qualifier la couleur d'origine de la moquette tant elle est couverte de tâche !!! Les murs sont sales voire moisis par endroit !!! L'évier fuit et la plaque de cuisson est indescriptible ! Seule la salle de bain semble avoir été refaite récemment et est donc correcte si on oublie les joins qui noircissent dans la douche !!! Le linge de toilette et les draps semblent eux bien propres et le ménage semble avoir été fait correctement même si l'appartement mériterait une rénovation complète ! La résidence est aussi pas mal bruyante certaines personnes y résident en longue durée et son assez sans gênes ! En résumé : a déconseiller. Première fois que je suis déçue après une réservation via booking par pitié retirez cet établissement de votre liste !!!

25 minutes de Disneyland paris Contrairement à ce que j'avais lu : appartement très propre (bien que vétuste) Bien équipé. Literie en bon état.
