Wi-fi, reception, place to sleep for 2+ person
Lots of space and parking
The staff are excellent. I liked the place a lot, it's cheap, clean, not nasty at all. Had an excellent stay there would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris and Disney. Keep your expectations in check and you will not be disappointed. Remember it as a budget place...Not 5 stars and you will not be disappointed. Thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely go again. Merci
Sofa bed was broken, bathroom system a bit shabby, but clean. Dogs are allowed which is not good when you have kids!!!
Location and accessibility
Kitchen, both lift broke down, wifi was only 4 hours, times without cleaning room etc
The sofa bed I fell over and hurt myself a couple of times when the other person on it got up. The toilet did not flush and it was only fixed once. Room not cleaned daily and bin not emptied.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. One of them stayed after office hours to accommodate us, and when we were leaving, she went out of her way to give us very detailed directions how to get to our next destination in Paris. The kitchenette in the room was also appreciated.
The neighbourhood of the hotel made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Walking in the street in the evening was not pleasant, although we could not judge it was unsafe. Hardly anybody was seen in the surrounding streets, so we were reluctant to go out after 8 pm.
- Easily accessible - Close to Disney - Large for the price - Kleen
- Limited staff presence (no staff on Sunday afternoon) - You need to telephone in advance to get an access code for the building although a code for the safe to recover your key is provided. Luckily we noticed this little oddity in time, or we would have been blocked in front of the entrance. - Warm inside, although outside temperatures were very reasonable.
Location is good. It is near the high way so you can go to Oaris center in 25 minutes by car
Wifii is very poor
Easy to find, a few minutes away from a big supermarket, clean, comfortable, quiet, easy parking, friendly and helpful staff. 20 minutes drive to and from Disneyland, which was the reason of our trip.
The kitchen could have done with a few more cooking ustencils but was fine.
The other tenants were very loud very late into the night.
Water from the bathroom running into the bedroom. Toilet seat too high for the kids
Parking is not easy, too crowded. My car was scretched by somebody whoch was ... not pleasant at all.
I did not know that the cleaning would be done once a week and so on the first day I used all the Towels. At the reception they have been very kind and explained me the procedure and were willing to give me a new set of towels.
The parking space is limited and often I had to find a parking space nearby on the street but could always find one spot in the vicinity. The farthest has been 100 meters.
Staff was kind, just quite helpless.
If you arrive later you won’t be able to get internet connection details.
This is an excellent choice for families going to Disneyland (by the way Disneyland is NOT worth to be visited. They offer the half as ten years ago, for 50% more....) The place has only some small inconveniences, like beds do not have bedside, the bathroom has little places to set the towels, the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom) All these can be overcome. Otherwise has a completely equipped kitchen (we stayed in apartment 23) a fridge, so it is simply very good
Little parking places, actually I was instructed to use the underground parking, but it never worked.
Self contained accommodation with fridge and stove - able to prepare basic meals. Had washing machine and dryer in common area (pay per use). Helpful staff
Weak WiFi signal in rooms, noisy neighbourhood, not very close to shops or train station.
parking place is not enouth. Cleaning of room is bad,,,.
A GOOD FAMILY HOTEL
OPENING HOURS OF THE RECEPTION
it is away from the urban noise and peaceful.
The smell from the toilet sink...the shower place...water came out thru the door...
The location was good for the places we wonted to visit in Paris
The car park was to small. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not serviced in all the time we were there.
the room and bathroom was big, there was balcony with huge door, and lot of facilities near to the hotel. Receptionist was kind and could speak english perfectly..
There was no breakfast, but there is a mcdonald a few steps away, should have lamps beside the bed for confort and convinience.
I would like that the hotel should be offer a lower discounted stay if booked for more then a week.
Wifi system is very complicated for older guests
Close to Disneyland
Not enough parking space, very slow wifi. The room was very dirty, and there was a strange smell. Upon arrival, the heating was turned up to the maximum for some reason. The next morning we discovered why: the room was infested with BED BUGS! We immediately decided to leave! After carefully inspecting and re-packing every item in our luggage (hope it was enough), we went to the reception to report the infestation. The man at the reception recognized the bugs right away, but claimed to have never seen them in their hotel (though I suspect the high heat was a poor attempt to kill them). After explaining we were not interested in another (potentially infested) room, he talked to the manager and said they would still charge us for the first night. Protesting only resulted in "sorry, hotel policy", so we decided to leave. When we got home, I noticed my credit card had not been charged, so I guess they changed their minds...
All the necessary stuffs were there.
It is a filthy hotel.
