Location - perfect for the city centre, and very close to the station if travelling by train. Like the option of self catering if tired, and the seperate bedroom. A bit functional, with little soft furnishings, but not a problem as such. |

We always find this hotel clean and comfortable and excellent value. The staff are helpful and approachable. We like the fact the hotel is so easy to get to by road or train as it it is situated directly behind the railway station just five minutes walk into the lovely centre of Reims. This was our third visit and we happily reccommmend it to other travellers. The rooms are spacious and the underground parking is very secure and reasonably priced. |

The hotel was easy to find and located within easy reach of the centre. It was basic but comfortable, if a little small when 4 persons were sharing. Off-street parking was very handy. The electric heaters were a little tricky to work out and the water system made noises. At one point there was an airlock in the taps and no water, though this resolved itself. We arrived late though the sofa bed was not already made up for us, though it was simple to use. |

Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. In their paperwork I believe it said that a room reserved for less than 7 nights would be cleaned (as a regular hotel room) but ours wasn't for the 3 nights we were there. We had to ask for towels the first night and were told to find a cleaning person in the morning for extra towels and toilet paper. The hot water heater ran out of hot water and we had to ask a staff person downstairs, although she was very pleasant and showed us how to adjust it. Also had to ask for an extension cord to fix a lamp. Basically, we were on our own with little assistance unless we asked. |

We were not told that the rooms would not be serviced daily. This would have been fine if we were told where we could put our rubbish. |

The staff was rude and not very helpful. The room was dirty. The towels had holes in them. I asked for a non smoking room and Cigarette smoke was coming through our room. |

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently situated, within easy walking distance of the city centre, where there are several good restaurants. Although breakfasts are available in the hotel, the kitchen facilities in the room meant that breakfasts and simple meals could be prepared. There is secure parking on site. As the hotel is located at the junction of two busy streets, there was quite a lot of noise from outside when the windows were open. However this is almost inevitable for an hotel so close to the city centre. |

The hotel was clean, functional and ideal for our purpose which was a City visit to Reims. The garage car parking facility, which was a major requirement, was excellent. The shower attachment was broken forcing us to use a rather small bath! |

This hotel is more like a block of flats that can be short term rented. Although entirely suitable for a one or two night stay, this hotel is aimed at the more long term guest who may be staying in the area for business reasons. The 'apartment' has a fully equipped kitchen/diner and living room with sofa bed. The underground car parking is very good and is very secure. The staff were very helpful and polite. The reception is not manned on a Sunday until 15:00. |

Excellent apartment for a stopover in Reims, very easy to get to and a short walk to the centre of town. There's a good breadshop round the corner for morning rolls and croissants and also made up baguettes which were delicious for lunch. Note there's no oven in the room, so don't take a pizza (as we did!) |

In what appeared to be a fairly downmarlet area of Reims but only about 5-10 minutes stroll to the main square for a huge choice of restaurants. OK for one night but no more and probably wouldn't use again unless as a very last choice. I would say the rooms were basic at the best and were what is probably best described as "grubby". They were cleanish on the surface but there were little things like the blankets being covered in hair! The room was supposed to sleep at least 4 but 2 of these were on the sofa bed in the main living/kitchen area and the other 2 were single beds in another room. Not made clear when the booking was made. You couldn't open the window as it was far too noisy outside. We had paid for an upgraded room although I would hate to see the basic room if ours was in any way classed a "luxury"! Not particularly cheap for the standard. No reception when we left on Sunday. |

Good size rooms, good facilities, friendly staff. The room was well equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. The hotel was difficult to get to because of the current roadworks to build a new tramway system. |

The staff are excellent - stayed here twice in the last 5 weeks and both times I have been extremely impressed. I stay at most of the top named hotels around Europe and this is very much better in terms of friendliness of staff. |

I liked the idea of an apartment instead of just an hotel room. |
