New, clean, very practical with fridge, microwave,etc. Easy to park around, 10-15min walk from the city centre.

the accomodatioon was spacious and well planned. the location was good, an easy stroll into town.

the furnishings were well used and a bit tatty. There was no wifi , which would have been good !

The apartment was very convenient to the train station. It was very spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and spoke some English. It was an excellent value for the money.

I booked 1 two room apartment and 1 single room apartment as I was travelling with 4 adult and 1 child. Its definitely a great value for money with each room having attached kitchen. Since my child is small (2 years) and doesnt eat everything outside , having kitchen helped us a lot. The location of the hotel is perfect, almost in the centre. Basement parking is a great bonus but with a price 7 euro/day which I think is still better than parking on road and worrying about it all the time.

Close to center of town practical for one night, for 4 people, to go to my father's funeral!!! Cheap, but too cheap!!!

Close to the central station and city center, underground parking in the hotel garage for great price (reservation required!), friendly reception staff, size of the apt was ok, clean, great value for money. Don't expect a 4* hotel, but it is a great budget alternative for a 1 or 2 nights stay

Corridors have the feel of an eastern germany tenement house

The studio was very good, with all kitchen facilities, which makes it perfect for those travelling with small children. The aparthotel is situated close to the city centre. Very friendly staff.

Loved separate rooms for kids - no sitting in the dark in a hotel room trying to be quiet so the kids fall asleep! Mini kitchen with fridge so juice, milk and snacks were always on hand - especially useful with hungry little ones first thing in the morning. Easy to assemble sofa beds, all ready with bedding. Great car parking in basement, secure and convenient.

A bit shabby on the decor - but that is reflected in the price. A bit confusing finding the parking the first time - but now I know how it works it is no problem. More pillows would be good - I hate lying so flat. Minor niggles though.

excellent location - secure parking facilities. Adequate catering facilities with clean teatowels and washing liquid provided.

Found some pots had to be washed prior to use. Catering facilties need to be upgraded to standard of their hotel at Nantes!

Quick and efficient check-in/out

Good sized accommodation with small kitchenette which was well equipped and perfect for a stop over with young children.

Parking was on street so not secure. Accommodation basic and functional but lacked atmosphere

Decent

I loved the two rooms, which gave us the space we needed. It was really helpful to be able to coom an evening meal so that we didn't have to take our children out late at night to buy dinner. Also, the staff let us leave our car in the car park for a couple of hours after checking out so that we could walk around Reims.

I was disappointed there wasn't a wireless internet connection.

Very helpful staff member on reception at arrival. Corrected a mistake in the booking system and made sure we were accommodated correctly - very good.

Good value for money breakfast and parking also.

Very clean rooms, available and professional staff, with no pretension or fussiness. Made it affordable to bring a large family to a beautiful and historically rich place.
