Appart'City Clermont-Ferrand Centre  

I stayed here during Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival period last year and this year. The place is so close to Maison de la Culture and very convenient to enjoy the film festival, why I chose to stay here in the first place. The room was so clean and spotless when I got here which was very pleasant but you have to know that they don't clean the room everyday nor change the towels. I was there for just under a week so that was fine. The room is very warm and hot water runs well although I think if a lot of people have shower at the same time you tend not to get much hot water then (usually at night) Having a kitchen is excellent as you can get your breakfast things from supermarkets (carrefour is only 5-10mins walk) which saves you time and bother in the mornings. The reception staff are all really friendly and helpful and speaks good english. The only downside will be that they have quite inconvenient working hours and don't open during lunch times and late at night. All in all, a very satisfying stay. Definite recommendation.

We had an apartment on the fifth floor. We arrived about 7 pm on a Sunday evening. The weather was very warm and all windows in the apartment were closed so the apartment was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. The heating controls seemed to indicate an cooling ability but we could not get that to work. We tried calling the out-of- hours phone but got only a recorded message. It turned out that there was no air-conditioning. There should be air conditioning and your service number should answer - this was not a budget hotel.

These Aparthotels give you freedom to do what you want when you want. A small studio flat really. Be careful about booking in times though. Reception is only has a at restricted times (1500 to 1900). After that you need to enter a door code. this is sent to you via your telephone. Make sure it is switched on or you won't get in!

Chambre trop petite lit pas confortable pour 2 pers

Pas de climatisation, lit desagreable, eau chaude en quanitee insufisante et tres mauvaise insonorisation!!!!

Aucun personnel présent à l'hôtel pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner non assuré; parking réservé , mais non accessible.

La situation géographique au centre ville , facile d'accès mais les chambres studios sont trop modestes : manque de lampes de chevet, pas de savonette, pas de produit de douche ( 2 mini doses pour deux et deux nuits), pas de bouilloire, la machine à café .. impossible de la brancher dans la kichenette : pas de prises électriques. Une petite couverture pour l,hiver .. on avait bien froid, heureusement le lendemain le personel nous a trouvé une autre couverture ( mais cela posait un problème). Le personel est un peu débordé : on a oublié de nous donner le code d' accès au parking et à 21:00 il y a plus personne dans la récéption.

Situation centrale, acces facile même le soir

Pas d'explication pour le fonctionnement des plaques (pas de numéro pour indiquer la puissance) et accès à 3 chaînes tv et aucune des chaînes nationales.
