Good relatioship between services and price good location close to the metro. 20 minutos to centre ville

No elevator

We liked the staff and the location (5 minutes from the subway and two minutes from a supermarket).

We stayed in room nº25, the bed was to small for a couple and the bedroom only had 15 inches around the bed...impossible to move in the bedroom at the same time! The shower was also very bad, with no water pression. To wash the hair, its necessary, at least, 20 minutes and very pacience!!! The stairs were to tight, very difficult to get up with our bags. For a future visit to Paris, this hotel is a place to avoid!!

Good location to get to the centre of the Paris and to get to Versailles, no fat supermaker Carrefour, and lots of pizza's.

Very simple hotel but pretty much the best price you'll get in paris for a room with an ensuite and a good location close to a metro stop and ethnic restaurants.

Simple hotel. You get a night key to go and come when you please. The familyroom (21) had a desk , a kitchen, shower and toilet, a dinnertable with 4 chairs and a standalone airco we didn't use. There where 2 seperate bedrooms which was very nice. Each room had a tv. We only used the room so I can't say anything about other facilities. Paid parking is in garage and is good and necessary because there was no free parkingspace available (lots of local cars). Metro is nearby and has good connections. The stop Montparnasse - Bienvenüe has a lot of restaurants and bars with good atmosphere. And there is a great view on the tower. We went in the evening. Very nice. The staff is very fiendly and speaks English. Free wifi. Good place to stay for a citytrip to Paris at a reasonable price.

It's not realy negative but the hotel and the familyroom looks a little bit outdated but some people like that. The wardrobe wasn't very stable and firm. I couldn't close the doors (there was one in both rooms though). There is no elevator. Stairs are a bit small. The room was clean but could use some maintenance.

Loved the location, Malakoff was convenient to Paris. Short ride on the Metro. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Good wifi.

Beds were not very comfortable. Could hear conversations distinctly in the next room.

It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are quite a number of halal restaurants near the hotel

Good basic lodging. No frills, but clean and comfortable.

1. heater wasn't working at all. 2. Too noisy, I can hear sounds coming from every rooms around me, and it's not just small noise, but felt like people were talking or showering in my room!

Nice place,5min by walk to metro,quite place. From hotel to centrum by metro takes 25min. Room was clean, and every day room was tied up. Bathroom had everything what should to have (towels, shampoo, toilet paper, soap ...). rooms were equipped with radiators and heating and cooling mashine.

The bed was uncomfortable for me - very soft (bonnell spring), after 2 days, i had back pain.

It desperately needs a make-over, its drab and as you walk up the stairs to your room, you get a feeling of doom. Nothing some good lighting and a re-paint could not fix. Once in 'our' room, it really needed modernisation. However on the positive side, the bed and the room were clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is good, as there is a metro station within a 10 minute walk which takes you into the centre of the city.

The price was right. We didn't want to spend a lot of money for a hotel in Paris. Clean and modest. The room was big enough and we had our own bathroom.

It was a 20 metro ride from the city center. There were steep stairs. Not a problem for us, but I can see the commute being an issue for older travelers.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. The breakfast was also good. I got a real sense that staff wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Staff not very friendly however this could have been as a result of the language barrier, spoken English was minimal. We arrived quite late but spent 45 minutes lOoking for parking spaces

The hostler is really good and can speak enough english. There are supermarkets and some restaurant near here. The metro station is not far, but it may be close to the end of the line.

They ware very friendly specially Miss Özlem was the best tour guide

Hotel owner was nice and could speak enough english. Location is in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and wet/dry market.

Decent value for the money. Had free internet. Double bed.

Few minutes to Metro 13 line which does take you nicely into the city, but Malakoff is at the end of the line so it was further out than I expected. Had some difficulty getting towels replaced on a daily basis. Internet didn't work in my room and the lobby closed at 11pm, so used internet out in the hall. All inconveniences understandable to the price.

Our rooms were upgraded to two departments, which were much more spacious and comfortable than I had expected.
