Beautiful classic Parisian Hotel right in the center of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Paris and steps from a Metro & rer location. You check in across the street at the related hotel (Villa D'Estrees, also highly recommended). Comfortable beds and charmingly decorated room. Everything was new and in good condition. I wasn't expecting any view, but had a little Juliet style balcony and a large window where I could peak our and see the Seine. I never heard the Irish Pub. Vast majority of the time the room was totally silent. A very romantic setting. I highly recommend staying here, I believe it to be one of the best kept secrets in Paris!!!

The location is superb. The Cathedral of Notre Dame is minutes away. The charming area abounds with shops, cafes and little kiosks. The Hotel Residences des Arts is a three-star hotel across a narrow street from its four-star sister. The sister is where reception is located. The Hotel Residences des Arts is unremarkable as a property. Our. Fifth-floor room was modest and a bit of a homemade makeover. The mini bar is in a cabinet that smells of fresh, shiny black paint. It was a clean place to sleep in a good location.

Location ideal for visiting Paris. Room small but more than okay for sleeping, clean and at least bathroom was a good size. There was nothing "Superior" about the double room. It was a basic small room and soft bed with two single mattresses on a queen base.

Läget var helt perfekt för oss.Mängder av restauranger i närheten och tunnelbana och tåg runt knuten. Frukosten var bra för att vara kontinental. Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, skulle inte tveka att bo här igen.

La ubicación del residence des arts es muy buena. Se encuentra en frente a Notre Dame en el barrio latino y a media cuadra de st michel square. La habitación está buenas condiciones con una ducha muy buena y a un precio razonable. SI, que en realidad no es un hotel. Es un edificio de suites amuebladas que utiliza la recepción y el restaurante de un hotel que se encuentra enfrente. Si uno está buscando un hotel con instalaciones y servicio, el residence des arts no es el indicado.

I would not recommend this hotel. The price is really high, they give you nothing, there is no service at all, only one single person, that does everything (check in ant check out, she can´t do much more), the rooms are tiny, the bathroom is horrible, although it is located in the heart of the latin quarter, at night you cannot sleep for the noises outside, it seems that walls and windows are made out of paper, and when you complain, she answers that you should wear ear pulgs! A hotel souldn´t be like this! I`d rather have another location and take a taxi if you want to go to the latin quarter... I would not recommend this hotel. I didn´t like it at all!!
