The hotel has an excellent location, especially for younger people looking for the energy of the Latin Quarter. Very close to Metro and RER, and plenty of enexpensive (for Paris) restaurants and clubs nearby that are open well into the morning. The staff was fluent in English and were very friendly and helpful. The Junior Suite was quite spaceous, being double the size of the smaller rooms.

The noise from the clubs below make it a must to keep the windows closed, even at 4 am. Fortunately, the windows do a pretty good job of shutting out the sound.

the location was very good

it was located above an irish pub and next to another one with lots of people making lots of noise until the morning. for the same reason, the whole room was full of cigarette smoke coming from the pub, especially at night so that we had to open the windows to clear out the smoke. The entire hotel smelled bad and old cigarettes and the room itself was very small and the bathroom even smaller. I would say it is not fair to rate this hotel three stars, rather two.

The staff was very kind. The room had redecorated two years ago, and was very clean. The room was widespread, and relaxed very much.

The outside of the hotel was noisy. I want you to soundproof the window.

De receptionist was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was net gerenoveerd en zag er schattig uit. Het hotel was vlakbij de Seine en Bvd de St. Germain en dus een hoop heerlijke eettentjes en gezellige barretjes.

La Juniore suite al 5° piano dove ho soggiornato era ristrutturata da due mesi. La ristrutturazione è stata fatta con gusto notevole, La camera è bella , oserei dire, "da sogno" parigino (sui tetti a due passi dalla Senna e dallIle de la Cite e in pieno quartiere latino. Magnifico l'utilizzo dello spazio e la possibilità di usare la Kitchenette. Grande il bagno e gentilissimo lo staff. Un piccolo residence di vero "Charme" . Da consigliare assolutamente!!

L'ascensore talmente piccolo che potrebbe creare crisi di claustrofobia (meglio fare le scale). Il riordino delle camere non è così accurato come un Hotel di questo livello dovrebbe richiedere. Essendo strutturato come residence , dovrebbero pensare ad un tariffario speciale per i lunghi soggiorni inn quanto tale residence si presterebbe benissimo a soggiorni di una o più settimane anche per lavoro, ovviamente a prezzi vantaggiosi......
