The two cats trying to sneak into my room!
Too many things. 200 characters arent enough!!
The boy on reception when I arrived was friendly and helpful
Breakfast was one type of bread, cheese spread, butter,jam..coffee machine = Nothing like presented on website!!
Location abd staff.
Very bad wifi. Dirty bed and dirty dush .
The location is great, just off he Luxembourg Gardens and very close to the tube station.
The shower was in the middle of the room with no separation, so everyone in the room could see you having a shower. The breakfast was very poor: just bread with jam or butter. They didn't even provide tap water. The staff didn't speak English and wasn't very helpful.
one person can only have one wifi access.
.Location. Able to walk with a limp and push a wheelchair to St.Germain de Pres, thus, tangible. Looked out onto Jardin de Luxemberg and good point of reference for maps etc. .Good price, considering New Year's Day.
.Cold. A small radiator for whole room which we couldn't regulate ourselves. Requested more heat and staff increased their thermo, but it still felt inferior. I sat in bed with blankets on in the daytime for heat. Not cold at night under generous blankets, but daytimes. Another radiator or heating device is needed,as in their reception office! Another guest agreed with me in the hall. .Security. We were given keys/pin code for various main doors and door to our floor. But these were still not shut/locked at night when the reception closed. It felt, potentially,as if anyone off the street could make their way up to our floor and be waiting in the dark landing where the shared WC's were. Gave sense of unease. .Lighting in halls/landing could be improved. Our floor had no light coming out of the lift to enter the floor's door. .Lift cleaniness. Impression someone had urinated in it. It might have been juice,it might not. And there is always the stairs... .Bed size. Whilst a big bed is often raved about,it crowded the room and made getting past the desk/chair in front of it a continued effort, especially if someone sat in the chair...huddling the demi radiator, for instance....
Near to RER & Metro station Opposite Luxembourg Garden
Toilet & bathroom rather small Breakfast could be better
Staf attentation!wery root!noisy hotel!
Wonderful location close to the Luxembourg gardens, our room had a view over the roofs of Paris including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, St Germain, and St Sulpice. Room was quiet and shared bathroom was no problem. Family staff was delightful. Elevator was a relief.
The shower was so small that when you bend down you connect with the walls of the shower. Need to ask for a hair drier, not automatically in the room.
Toilet outside the room and the shower glass door is so clear that people can see u showering
Good location, the staff was very helpful and ,WIFI works well. Close to RER ,Luxembourg station(ideal if you are traveling from CDG), 7-10min to hotell-easy to find.(very friendly cats:))
Shower was a little tired. Although the hotel is very good, but the breakfast needs a little touch, (the coffee is good!)
Hotel location was good and near to all major attractions. People at reception was good during weekends and night time.
My room was on 6th floor and there is a lift until 4th floor only. One of the receptionist (i think he works there during weekdays during day time) was not very good. He prefers to attend personal call rather than attending customer standing in front of him.
It is a very good place. The room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfasts are good. The staff is very helpful. WiFi works well. The location is also excellent, and it is very fast to reach center of Paris. Overall, we did not have any single reason to complain during whole stay.
Our host, Nicholas was really friendly. The lady at the desk was okay, maybe because she doesn't speak too much English. The location is really a safe location, probably it's at St Germain area, and it's quiet. We slept through the night without any disturbances. The Metro is 10 min walk away, where you have a choice of Vavin or Notre-Dame. There's some restaurant nearby so if you are late at night (before 9pm), you can still find food there. There's a wine shop nearby (called Nicolas) which we bought some wine and enjoyed in our room ....
The bathroom is really small, so if you are big in size, you might want to think about this. I'm small size and I still some problem in the bathroom. The train station is 10 minutes walk away, which is bad when we walked all day, but it actually quite convenient as well ... so this isn't really a bad point.
Spacey room, view to the Luxembourg Gardens, excellent central location, pet friend owners,
No toilet in the room (we were aware of that, but still), small shower in the room (not very spacey), dirty shower head, loud corridors (old building), very poor breakfast, low quality caffe
Nice location The elevator Friendly, English speaking host Transparency of the booking The cats of the owners The breakfast (although sober) The nice price Possibility to store luggage after check-out
The noisy rooms. The very small, shared toilet (although very clean)
- central; - brekfast was basic but ok
-not silent that you can hear any steps from the corridor late at night or early in the morning; - keep away if you have allergy to cats like me, because they have two lovely cats; - toilets in the corridor is a disadvantage
-close to downtown for a nice price -kind staff
-loud outside, probably from school next door and also reconstruction
All good at the Hotel with friendly staff and not from the metro station.
- Close to the metro (5 minutes walking) - Close to RER (ideal if you are traveling from CDG; 15 minutes walking) - Close to bus (85, go/come Eiffel tower) - Polite and professional staff - Breakfast it's coffee, bread and butter - Clean and quite (sometimes you listen some chit chat, but it`s ok)
Good wifi connection and location, and friendly staff. There are lovely cats at a reception desk.
We could have each password per a person per one device. If you have more devices which need wifi signal, they cannot use for 24hours (one can use for 24hrs, the other can use about 3-4hours). A toilet was located on the floor that we stayed. We had to wait awhile.
Very good positioning in the center of the city, near a subway line that passes through the majority of tourist attractions.
The heat in the room (room 19, fourth floor) was not working, even though in Paris, on the 13th of november, the temperature is 11 degrees Celsius in daytime.
Booked it based on past reviews. This place would be 2 star at best. very very basic, & not very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was chunky bread, butter & jam & horrid coffee from a machine. "This is not breakfast in any country" . We bought it down at a café, following this. Would never recommend this place
Nice and friendly staff, excellent location, wifi could have been faster but it worked fine.
