Distance to Disneyland made the trip great The hotel card machine was broken when we arrived - the receptionist told us we had no money in our account (which was definately wrong) before they suggested we went to a cash point after a 12 hour journey else we could not check in. |

We liked the location to disneyland paris and the shuttle facilities to and from the parc. The breakfast was all croissants and toast but could have had optional cheeses and meats. Also the sofa bed needed proper duvet in the cupboard and maybe a pillow or two extra as the ones provided were hidden under the bed (inside the framework) and a little flat. |

Clean, comfortable, recently renovated/modern with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Also quiet and secure with helpful staff manning the reception @ all times. Walking distance to Val Du Europe and Metro station. It would have been nice if they provided breakfast. |

The room was adequate for a family, the small kitchen area was a great help and it was clean. Not bad. They offered a shuttle to disneyworld for 5 euros. Fine, except the driver had no patience and left us stranded at the park on our return because we were 7 minutes late. We saw him drive away! It then cost us 25 euros in a taxi and all we got back at the hotel was a big shrug, no doubt french for "tough" |

Wi fi excellent Toilet roll empty, only 2 towels for 4. Only 1 mug for 4 people. TV picture was back to front. Showers at pool not working. Electrical sockets were hidden behind fixtures which did not allow British adapters. Breakfast very poor value for money and on second day the service was a shambles. Insufficient staff leading to 1/2 hour delay. Lift broken. |

The room was very nice, nicer than some 3 and 4 star hotels we have stayed in in Europe and the uk. The room was very large and the bathroom was lovely too. We also liked that the small kitchen had everything we needed including plates etc. It was also 5 minutes from Disneyland which was perfect. Having read other reviews, it seems that a lot of people thought they were staying in a 'hotel', these rooms are studios, not hotel rooms. As such there is no soap provided and this is not a problem as the supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. |

Free internet, close to Disneyland Paris. Be prepared for sore neck, one pillow was given and it was very poor, so thin! Initially the guy @ reception refused to provide extra pillow but the lady agreed to give. |

The kitchennet is convenience for us when there's no restaurant nearby for us to have dinner. Too far away from rer and Disney Park, I thought it's within walking distant, however, it doesn't and we spent for about 1 hour by walk and then 15 mins by car to search where it is, the location was even new to the resident in the district. The day time shift staff (a young asian boy) is nice, however, the night time shift staff (an old european lady) was very unhelpful, whatever we asked her help, she will said "no" (E.G. an half hour late check out time) or "asked the day time staff on tomorrow morning" (E.G. when can the business center be opened). |

Reasonable size room. Kitchen with enough cutlery and plates, as well microwave oven. Nice pool, though not nice enough whether to enjoy it. Very close to Eurodisney if you have car, if not, you do have to count on the shuttle. Cleaning staff starts too early (~9am). They ring and come in almost immediately, so more than once we were still in bed or in pijamas. They are insistent too. One day we left at 10am and our room did not get cleaned then. |

Price - Quality was in balance. Possibillity to cook. Possibillity to darken the room completely with the sunscreen (great for sleeping in late with kids). Only two towels upon arrival, had to ask for 2 more (2 adults and 2 children). Shower head was not attached to the wall, so you had to hold the shower head during showers. |

The beds are very low and the sleeping pillows are very shallow. I hope they hve enough pillows, or pillows that are higher enough. The flat screen tv is very small and is not a sattelite tv, there is only BBC channel as the only english chsnnel. It is a good residence for family and others and i would recomend it again, and would love to stay again. Yhank you Mahad |

not far from disney land and a shopping centre th swimming pool was closed for 1st 2 days the children dont understan why. there was no single beds except to double bed and one sofa bed for having a boy and girl was hard . and the hotel is a very hard place to find. |
