Quit neighborhood, nice hotel, perfect parking facilities, good beds, own kitchen, close to Disney and shopping. Not too far, by car, from Paris center.
Very near to Disney Land Paris and very economical
no eateris around
Location to Disneyland
Only one pillow and overflow parking closed
Great service and price. The room is so clean and nice.
Price & ok location
Slow check in, dusty room areas, hard bed & had to hire a kettle!!!!
didnt use wifi very poor conection beetwen 12 h and 15 h , no person on reception
the facility is need of repairs. The carpets are stain and dirty, wallpaper is torn and peeling off the walls.
Free Wi-Fi and close to town centre.
The fact that the receptionist asked if we would like to purchase the bus tickets from the hotel to Disneyland for 7 euros yet i paid 2 instead.
Close to Disneyland (by bus) Close to shopping centre Clean bathroom and good soap and shampoo provided Staff were helpful and informative
Having 2 staff members coming up to remind us that check out was at 11am when we had late check out for 2pm Having to pay for kitchen kit (sponge and detergent not readily provided)
We came earlier than check in time, due to our big group and with children, they gave us room earlier.
The receptionist charged me more than what stated on booking.com reservation receipt
The check-in was really quick and easy. Staff speaks fluent English and were helpful. The room was very clean and it's less than 10 minutes drive from the parks.
Free parking is available, but you might have trouble finding a spot on very busy days. The curtains didn't block light, which might be a problem if you can't sleep easily.
the room was very clean and the kitchenette equipped with microwave and cookware. There is a pizza/sushi place close by (walking distance 5min) and also a baker that sells fresh baguettes and delicious small cakes and sweets (5min on foot). there are bus stops in front to take you to Val D'Europe and Eurodisney
there were no cleaning materials to wash the cups, glasses or dishes you might have used. not even a dish cloth to dry things up. What really bothered me was that i was travelling alone with my 8-year old. On the first night of our arrival my daughter got sick and had high fever. To crown it all my mobile phone crashed and refused to work and i had no means to communicate with my relatives in Malta. I went to ask at the reception to see if they could send an email on my behalf to just explain why I could not communicate and the receptionist, either because she could not really understand what i needed or just couldn't bother to try to understand told me that i had to go Val d'Europe to buy a new mobile or see to what i needed. I had to go out with my sick daughter to see to that. That same night i was lucky to find a different receptionist who was gentle enough and offered to call a doctor for me. The doctor came to visit at 10:30pm and was very gentle and prescribed the necessary medication. His fee was of Eur90 quite reasonable. The following day happened to be a Sunday and even though i asked at the reception, they could not guide me on the pharmacies open and had yet again to take my daughter with high fever out in search for an open pharmacy. throughout all this, not once, not even once, did any residence staff inquire if i needed anything or if they could support me in any way. luckily my daughter;s fever went down just in time to get the flight back. our vacation was spent mostly in the residence room with french only channels on tv. Bottom-line - don't travel alone with a child as in times of need, you will not find much help and support.
2 bed apartments
1 bed apartments One room with 1 double and twin beds or sofa to small for 4 adults would only suit 2 adults with 2 small children between the ages of 1-7 would NOT RECOMMEND for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children above age of 8
Bus stop outside hotel
Unfriendly staff (except one young woman who was very helpfull), rude cleaning ladies constantly ringing the bell telling us to hurry up and leave (even on the first day, after being told numerous times we were staying for two nights) and pestering us to leave at 9 am when check out is 11.30 am. Dog hair all over the carpet, hairs in the bath tub, dirty bath joints, numerous lightbulbs blown, old tv with fuzzy image, no quilt on the bed, one thin pillow each, vending machines empty in reception area, reception hang up if you ring before 3 pm, not enough choice for breakfast, running out of croissants at 9 am and refusing to bring more. This is our second stay this year, the first time was in june, the pool was open and the stay was cheaper. we will not be comming back.
So, we stayed at this hotel and everything was pretty decent and matched what we expected, based on the research we did. We drove here and brought with us a spare pillow and duvet. It's easy to get to via car and is a ten minute drive to Disney. On one night we took the bus, where a bus stop is located outside the hotel. The bus was 2 euros one way. On the way back we got a taxi as this was past 23:00 and this cost aprox 16 euro. We only used the hotel to shower, change and sleep. Yes, the matress is a bit hard but it didn't really affect us. The review is based on the above and as it was the cheapest hotel near Disney, it worked out well for us.
They have some extra charges for cleaning the room etc, however we were only here two nights and spent very little time in the room
Good staff clean
Location and difficulty of transport the price was high (I booked a room and called the hotel to ask for separated single beds and had confirmation, but when I arrived they did not agree to give me the single beds. I was forced to take bigger room with two beds and payed 60 euros extra!)
The property was filthy. Hallways were disgusting. No cooking facilities. Advertised that it's close to Disney. ..it's not. staff were rude and not helpful.
Kitchen facilities Bathroom Parking availiblity The staff
Lack of pillows
It was great for Disneyland Paris only a few minutes away by car or bus
Kitchen was very sparse had 2 burner hob, fridge. Microwave and sink but no work top. A had to prepare food on draining board and make sandwiches on dressing table in bedroom
Location, facility to go to Disney, big rooms.
Location is great if you have a car. Clean (except for some dust)
If you're relying on public transport to get to/from Disney, beware of timetables for bus 43 - not very flexible, especially on weekends. Staff wasn't rude, but didn't seem very interested to provide you information unless you begged for it.
One of the staff on reception was great, very welcoming and gave useful information, especially about visiting Disnleyland which the hotel is very close to.
The other staff (except for the main daytime lady on reception) seemed quite cold and just wanted to say the absolute minimum to us. Our room smelt a bit of smoke though that wasn't too much of an issue for me but it was for my girlfriend.
Some staff members were rude and non -supportive. Few kitchen stuffs were missing.
Location was good. The pool looked nice but unfortunately we were there wrong time of year to use it
There was a musty smell through the corridors which was unpleasant. Lack of staff contact.
Good location for Disneyland and had great crossfit gym just over the road! Location was the only good thing about this hotel
Rude reception staff, for a studio the kitchen was horrible, no dish washing liq/brush, only one knife , no sharp knives or chopping board etc The bedding was only a sheet and blanket and the towels needed thrown out 10 years ago!
