The apartments were great in terms of size. For a family having a reasonable sized living area is great. The car park was also useful as the streets in the area were rather crowded with cars.

The only negatives was that they provided no information in the room, and therefore we couldn't use the Internet and one TV did not work and because reception is only open for a limited time we couldn't ask for any assistance until the following day.

It was well located with secure off road parking. The accommodation was spacious, clean and adequately equipped to ensure our stay comfortable. The location is a good base for visiting the cote d'opale, with Etaples offering a true French experience with it's weekly markets and fishing fleet providing plenty of fresh fish. Have visited this area many times and look forward to visiting again soon.

Gino the owner is a lovely guy ,very friendly, english speaking and helpful. Hotel has good location for the shops and restaurants but there is 5km to the beach. There is cheap car park within the hotel and breakfast available. All together good stay!

Our party occupied the two bedroom apartment (for up to 6 people), it was a bit utilarian, but well equiped and very clean. The room was quiet with a view over the back garden & there is secure parking. The hotel is ideal for Le Touquet (for a fraction of the cost) & the surrounding countryside. The motorway is just a few km's away, so overall it's very convenient. Gino is very friendly & helpful.

Very small room, bedding not changed during stay of five days, no privacy if you wanted to have a rest windows and blinds had to be closed, then you had no air in the room. This is only a transit hotel? one night stay only.

The owner Gino is helpful and the parking at the hotel for two euros a night is excellent. The hotel is not far from the town square whiich is very handy.

Our stay was pleasant enough but unfortunately when we arrived we were disappointed as we were told the garden apartment we had booked with booking.com was unavailable as it was being decorated, which in our view we could have been notified beforehand. We were given another apartment which needed TLC but was adequate for two for the week although a bit shabby, we were told on leaving it was next for decorating.

We were lucky enough to have a ground floor room, so we had easy access to the patio area. The breakfasts were outstanding, plenty of choice. The fact that there was a kettle, microwave and small fridge in the room meant that we had the choice of eating in or out and didn't have to keep going out to buy tea or coffee. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and the location was good just off the main square and central to the beaches and towns we wanted to visit.

The size of the double bed, but having said that most European hotels have small double beds. We are used to a much larger one, so would rather have twin rooms rather than a double bed for preference. (You can always put them together).
