A welcome upgrade to a very nice suite.
Room is big and nice but bath and toilet in separate place makes it a bit inconvenient, location is very good, walking distance to all the famous sites.
price is a bit high, no restaurant for dinner. Good for stay short time.
Really enjoyed our stay and the personal touches were wonderful. Staff were top rated and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.
Short on car parking when busy so had to pay 24 Euros a day to park elsewhere.
Lots of nearby restuarants, cafe's and tourist attractions.
Kitchen equipment needs a urgent upgrade.
I thought the staff was good and really helpful with taxis and luggage and the rooms were good and fair for the price I payed.
Fabulous large suite with balcony
Service was fantastic Excellent front desk staff Close to Eiffel Tower Large Room
The free WIFI is chahotic, and the "high speed" WIFI very expensive, which is unacceptable nowadays.
The comfort of the room was great and the location of the hotel perfect. It was only 5' from Champs les Elysees.
There was a noice in the specific room we stayed (avoid room 05) and we couldnt sleep well. Moreover the bathtub was not so clean. I gave all my comments to the hotel and they were very polite, they apologized and they offered something special for my next stay there.
We were able to walk to the Grand Palais for Paris Photo with ease each morning, Eiffel tower, Champs Élysées and Rue Royale are all very easy to walk to also. My friend was celebrating a birthday and we were greeted with a half bottle of Moët and a large and very nice praline cake, complimentary! Local shop Wine by One was amazing, had affordable wines and tasting options, great atmosphere and serves hot food (though we only found this out after taxiing to McDonalds!)
The area is extremely expensive for eating and their is no free/inexpensive forms of entertainment nearby. The bar had no atmosphere, limited drink choice and was extortionate (€4 for a pod-machine espresso, €11 for a single measure of Glenfiddich or similar) and other than breakfast and room service no food was available. The local shops are not very interesting for the everyday browser with a salary below six figures (Chanel, Gucci, LV, etc.) and all local restaurants were charging a minimum of €20 per course (drinks were another thing entirely).
Very friendly staff, excellent location for the fairs in Le Grand Palais.
The location is excellent. You can reach most touristattractions by foot. Breakfast was good, you can also have it in your room. Great for visiting Paris.
the room was nice and clean.
staff were so rude specially the blonde lady. wifi is so slow.
excellent location. walking distance to all sites and near one of the hop on hop off bus stations. quiet and safe location.
maybe a walk in shower.
Visited Paris for my wife's 40th Birthday and took both my 9 and 11yr old boys. The room was the standard room and we had ample of space and especially and more importantly very clean. The hotel laid on a free bottle of Moët and a birthday cake as a special request which was lovely to receive on arrival.
Location - fantastic Cleanness and comfort - perfect
wifi - a joke to say they have it for free…
Location, Location and Location.
The staff are fantastic and so helpful and offer great advice. Located a short walk to the Metro and Champs Elysee getting around Paris is so easy. Fab little restaurants close by for a meal on early or late arrival. Breakfast is superb in the quaint breakfast room inhouse for guests.
Rooms need an upgrade. The bathroom very tired and in need of modernising. Paint was peeling, lighting poor and the separate toilet had no ventilation!! Bath awkward to get into for the shower so can be a hazard to the elderly not that we are but I did slip a couple of times.
Location close to city centre and metro system. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Suite was clean and comfortable.
We ate out at breakfast because we preferred breakfast in a small street side restrauant where we could people watch. We also felt breakfast in the hotel was expensive.
Room was great nice and big. Pretty close to main attractions.
Toilet room smelt like smoke.
Nice comfort Suit with Nice Staff
No close supermarket and there was no enough space for a lobby
Excellent location, friendly staff and feel on homely comforts.
Weak wifi in the rooms.
Location so close to the river but very quiet. Breakfast was just as you'd expect in France lovely. Room was spacious.
WiFi didn't work.
the location is in the middle of everything, amazing staff.
Location Cleanliness Friendly staff
Suit had one Toilet without bath/shower and one bath without Toilet. Kids had to come to our room for the bath and we had to visit theirs for the toilet. Location was good but not yoo close to the metro stations
